The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.
