Located in the heart of Bowling Green, KY, La Gala has been making your celebration’s our business since 2013. With over 10,000 square feet of space at your disposal, we can host your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, or fill in the occasion. With over 7,000 square feet, our Ballroom is our largest space that is perfect for weddings. It offers a neutral canvas, while providing elegant accents such as our yellow-brick walls and white drapery. Our industrial set-up includes an on- site bar and well as an upstairs lounging area. With the capacity to fit over 400 people (seated), the Ballroom is sure to give you what you need for any size wedding!

Very accommodating and excellent communication! I planned the entire wedding from Florida and they made sure I had plenty pictures and videos and floor plans to understand the venue. Any time I had a question, they got back to me in a very timely manner and made me feel like all of my inquiries were heard and understood.

La Gala offers primarily indoor options for wedding events. Outdoor options are available through rental provided by the city.

We have staff available for in house and off site events.

Our starting food packages include one entree, one starch side, one vegetables side, and ceramic plates, linen napkins, goblets, and silverware. Additional entrees and sides can be added to our packages.

We have three bar options that can be customized for any event. One option is a non-hosted bar where guests would be responsible for paying for any drink they order from the bar. Another option is a partially hosted bar where the host determines the amount and type of items provided for guests: beer, wine, liquor, etc. Lastly, we offer a fully hosted bar where the host covers the cost of all beer, wine, liquor ordered by the guests. A monetary limit may be set prior to the event.

Our bookings include 15 consecutive hours: 8am - 11pm.

Yes, we have two parking lots on either side of the building. All street parking around us is free parking and there is a 500-car garage with free parking one block away from us.

Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the building. If any alcohol is brought onto property, management reserves the right to confiscate alcohol and stop all alcohol service at the bar and/or terminate the event. All alcohol beverages must be purchased through us.

All room rental pricing and fees include all day access (8am - 11pm), all required tables (reception tables, gift tables, etc.), gold chiavari chairs, set up and break down.
