    Goad Wedding

    From the moment we booked Jones Farm in October 2025, we knew it was the picture-perfect venue for our dream wedding. I want to start by saying that every event has its ups and downs, and sometimes unexpected hiccups happen along the way. What truly matters is how those situations are handled, and that is where Jones Farm, Layton, Solangue, and the entire team truly went above and beyond for us. In February, we received a call from the owner, Layton, asking to meet with us. He had some upsetting information regarding housing and other things happening on the farm that were outside of his control. Of course, we were concerned, but Layton sat down with us, listened to our concerns, and worked with us until he came up with a plan that pleased us and worked for our entire group. He never tried to hide anything or make excuses. He was upfront, honest, and focused on finding a solution. During that process, Layton introduced us to one of his wedding planners, Solangue, and she was absolutely phenomenal! After multiple visits, conversations, and planning sessions, she made sure she understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding. She helped bring our vision to life and made us feel like our perfect day was in great hands. Then came probably the scariest moment of the entire planning process. Just a week before our wedding, we received another phone call from Layton regarding additional problems with the groom's quarters. Once again, Layton immediately went to work finding a solution. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, kept me informed, and was completely upfront about everything that was happening. He even met me at the property the day before our wedding to personally make sure everything was ready and that we were comfortable with the plans for our big day. Layton assured me that he would be on-site during the wedding and that if anything happened, I could call him directly. The amazing thing is, I never needed to. His team was already ahead of everything! Anytime something came up, they handled it before it ever reached me or my bride. That allowed us to simply enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Jones Farm is truly a family-friendly venue that treated us like family throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most wasn't that everything went perfectly during the months leading up to the wedding—it was how hard Layton and his team worked when things didn't go perfectly. They communicated with us, found solutions, kept their promises, and did everything possible to make sure the challenges they faced did not take away from our special day. Even knowing all of the troubles and unexpected circumstances Layton and his team had to work through, I would still recommend Jones Farm to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding or event venue. At the end of the day, they gave us exactly what we wanted: one of the best and most memorable days of our lives. Thank you, Jones Farm, Layton, Solangue, and the entire team for making our wedding day so amazing and for supporting us throughout the entire process. We will forever be grateful for everything you did to make our dream day a reality!

    Perfect Getaway

    I have been to several events hosted by Jones Farm and have also just went and stayed in a cabin for a weekend!!! It’s literally the Best Getaway bc it is close to downtown Nashville but you feel like you are in your own little world!!! The owner and staff are so friendly!! I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of having an event of any kind, a wedding or just a weekend getaway!!! It should be on everyone’s bucket list for sure!!

    Amazing Venue

    First of all the place is stunning, I highly recommend! The venue has options to do all of the work for you making your day all about enjoying yourself and living in the moment. I’m so grateful I get to work with them!

Our standard rental includes full-day access from 8 AM to 11 PM for Sycamore Hall and the Creekside Pavilion, with overnight lodging packages extending until 10 AM the next morning. For smaller events or flexible needs, we also offer hourly rental options—a great choice for elopements, photo sessions, or shorter celebrations.
Yes. We require couples to provide event liability insurance with Jones Farm listed as an additionally insured party. This protects both you and your guests and ensures peace of mind on your wedding day. Your coordinator can provide guidance and recommendations for obtaining coverage.
Cancellations must be made in writing. All payments made toward your event are non-refundable, but your balance may be transferable to a future date if available. We strongly recommend event insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
