The property is located five minutes from the I-5 near Smoke Point. The indoor Barn Venue at Sadie Lake is a 3,000 square foot event barn with beautiful views North from the second floor. Highlights of the property include a large outdoor tented area, multiple ceremony locations, 2 get-ready suites, a full kitchen, 5 restrooms, on-site parking, row boat with lake access, an outdoor fire pit and more! The property is expansive with well-kept grass, wooded areas & trails. We host weddings or other special events year-round! The total venue capacity is 300 guests. Event items included with rental include: Chairs, Tables, Arbors, Indoor & Outdoor Sound Systems, Outdoor Games & Extensive Décor!

Stilly Brook Farm was originally homesteaded by a pioneer family in 1889. It still retains its magnificent, original cedar beams and cathedral ceiling that once held up to 25 tons of hay. David & Terri Lundquist are the current owners, along with their 5 daughters, are now adding to what the Emery’s originally envisioned when they turned this sleepy farm into a place for others to enjoy. Once you step inside you will see that Stilly Brook Farm has attended to every detail in this beautifully renovated venue.

Craven Farm was established in 1949 in the heart of the Snohomish River Valley. 70 acres framed by rolling hills, Cascade mountain views. We have 2 sheltered buildings, our rustic Harvest Barn, strung with twinkle-lights and chandeliers, and our open-air Pole Barn for late night dancing and drinks. We also have 2 outdoor garden sites, used for ceremonies, parties, receptions, and cocktail hours. Weddings + Events are our love language--and sharing with you all the passion and heart we have for Craven Farm in a tour, is one of our most favorite things to do. Come see us!

Marionfield is a wedding venue located in Arlington, Washington that overlooks 50 idyllic acres of scenic fields. This distinctive pastoral property is located at the end of a winding road that is just minutes from downtown, giving you a convenient yet secluded setting for your wedding celebration. Marionfield is fully staffed and performs most of the "heavy lifting" on your wedding day including table & chair placement, reception set-up, table busing, bar stocking, beverage setup and maintenance, pack-up assistance, and break-down / final cleaning. Our barn is now 124 years old, and serves alongside an outdoor plaza for both inside and outside options for ceremony and reception.
