240 Spacious suites and easy access to Seattle. We're just off I-5, 10 minutes from Alderwood Mall and Lynnwood Convention Center. Downtown Seattle, home to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and ball games at T-Mobile Park, is 20 minutes south. We have over 13,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space, free guest parking, A/V equipment, and custom catering options. Our dedicated event staff can help with any planning needs.

Our reception packages include reception room, menu selection, set-up/tear-down, 60” round tables (10 per table), head table or sweetheart table with pipe and drape, a variety of linen and napkin colors, china, silverware, glassware, coupe champagne glasses, dance floor, votive candles, use of in-house vases and round 12” mirror tiles, silver cake cutter, beverage service (includes coffee, hot tea, iced tea & water throughout evening), cake and place card tables, professional banquet staff.

Wine may be brought in with a $12 corkage fee plus service charge and sales tax for a 750ml. No Liquor or Beer may be brought in from outside.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, not including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. All events must end by 11pm.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event from the signing of the contract to 90 days prior to arrival 50% of the full amount of all estimated charges will be billed to you. 90 days to arrival date 100% of the full amount of all estimated charges will be billed to you.

Your Vendors (i.e DJ's) will need to provide a copy of their insurance.

Our building is located 12 miles away from Paine Field, Mukilteo, WA. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the bus, or by private car or taxi.
