Downtown Seattle, home to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and ball games at T-Mobile Park, is 20 minutes south. Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, not including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. All events must end by 11pm.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event from the signing of the contract to 90 days prior to arrival 50% of the full amount of all estimated charges will be billed to you. 90 days to arrival date 100% of the full amount of all estimated charges will be billed to you.
Your Vendors (i.e DJ's) will need to provide a copy of their insurance.
Our building is located 12 miles away from Paine Field, Mukilteo, WA. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the bus, or by private car or taxi.
