Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Combined with historic art from ancient exotic lands, City Farm transports you into another world making any event a one-of-a-kind experience. Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Palatial hand-carved pillars accent the first floor and intricate royal facades surround the stage and dance floor upstairs. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. The Ruins is a whimsical venue hidden in plain sight, in the heart of Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Located in the SoDo industrial district, the venue owes many of its unique features to its manufacturing past, retaining old catwalks and floating doors where mezzanines used to be.

The MV Skansonia is Seattle’s premier waterfront venue. Constructed in 1929 by the Skansie Brothers, the Skansonia ferried cars and passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance for decades, before finding its permanent docking place on Lake Union and beginning its new career in event hosting. With its signature center bar, polished wood floors, a large outdoor deck, and a postcard view of the Seattle skyline, the Skansonia is the embodiment of iconic Seattle.

The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants.
