We are the award-winning husband and wife duo behind Birch Tree Photography. We met in engineering school and starting shooting weddings together before we were even married. After our two adorable boys were born, Nina wanted to focus on being the best mom possible, so she switched gears a bit and started focusing on things like our couples' experience, scheduling, and social media. She still shoots a handful of weddings with me throughout the year, when time allows (or if there are food trucks involved... hint hint!)

I started out making photos with 35mm film cameras as kid on family vacations. Wherever I traveled, whatever the occasion, I took a camera with me. As life carried on, I decided to document it at a higher level, wanting to produce for myself as much as for others a way to remember the special moments in life. Today, whether it be photography or cinematography, my team and I are ready to capture that big day. It's the places we go, the things we do, and the people we do them with that matter.
