“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! Hello my name is Kourtney ( Founder and owner of Firefly events) I am from Colorado. I am very hard working and dedicated to everything I do with passion and care. I have always been the party planner and organizer in my life. I decided to take on event planning professionally two years ago and have done over 100 events in this time. I have recently decided to branch off and open my own company to help my clients with dreams through my professional view and experience. Overall the care and compassion I believe my clients deserve.
