“Danversport was amazing from start to finish! From our first venue tour to our food tasting and wedding day, everyone was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We had our ceremony offsite, but our reception was in the Terrace Ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful. Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of, and even in the middle of a nor’easter, the team took such great care of us and our guests. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food and drinks, all of our decor was placed exactly where we wanted it, and the timing of everything throughout the day was spot on. We knew going in that Danversport was family-owned, which was something we loved because we always try to support family businesses, but we truly felt like part of the family throughout the entire process. They really are a well-oiled machine when it comes to weddings! If you’re looking for an experienced team that knows weddings inside and out, we couldn’t recommend Danversport enough. “When we first visited Oceanview of Nahant, I fell in love with the venue. It’s absolutely beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing. Our day of coordinator, Rachel was phenomenal. She handled everything the day of and I didn’t have to stress about anything. All we had to do was drop everything off the day before and then she did everything else. We added the photo booth which was a huge hit, especially for the kids. Rachel suggested putting our guest book by the photo booth and I have looked through our guest book so many times because of it. Having these photos of our loved ones was such a special touch. If you’re hesitant because of the price…do it. My husband and I debated just doing a backyard wedding to save money and I’m so glad we didn’t. The cost is completely worth it and I would highly recommend this venue. I’d use this venue again if we did it all over again. Rachel and the rest of the staff was amazing. Our wedding day was perfect and I was able to fully enjoy our day and remember every moment because my brain didn’t have to stress about anything. The food was was also amazing. We did stations and everyone enjoyed having so many options.”
