Five years ago, I moved to Los Angeles and bought my first pizza truck with one goal: bring real New York–style pizza to the West Coast. We focused strictly on catering, built for speed, consistency, and large crowds. Since then, we’ve grown into a high-volume catering operation, serving hundreds of guests per event and working with brands like Nike, Skechers, Netflix, Amazon, and Alo.
