We are more than sushi; we offer a full suite of specialized catering services, including a customizable Poke Bowl cart, a refreshing Boba Tea cart, a refined Caviar, Oyster & Seafood Bar, and authentic Yakitori, alongside our signature Sushi. From the first chopstick pick-up to the final soy sauce dip, we infuse joy, elegance, and flavor into every occasion.

We are more than just a sushi catering company—we create an immersive dining experience that brings the spirit of Japan directly to your event. From live sushi stations and chef interaction to beautifully presented dishes, our goal is to make sushi a memorable experience for your guests. In addition to sushi, we also offer a variety of Asian-inspired catering options, including yakitori, handroll bars, caviar bars, raw bars, and other specialty offerings.

Cindy and Kevin's wedding planner found us while searching for the perfect Asian catering experience for their wedding. Since the couple planned to spend their honeymoon in Japan, they wanted to bring a touch of Japanese culture and cuisine to their special day.     The best catering company!!!

    From our first conversation, One Sushi Inc. understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day and never stopped checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Their team stayed on top of every detail—from knowing our guests' dietary needs to coordinating with our photographer for the timing of food service—and they did it all without being pushy or overbearing. The sushi and rolls they prepared were hands down the best food quality we've experienced at any event we've worked with, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how fresh and delicious everything was. What really set them apart was how responsive they were; they answered questions quickly and followed up constantly to ensure we felt supported throughout the planning process.     Absolutely wonderful experience! We hired one sushi for a birthday party at our home and were beyond impressed with the results! Chef Julius and team did a great job setting up a beautiful display and preparing delicious sushi to fill it. All of our guests were raving about the top notch quality of the food. Julius did a great job keeping up with orders for hand rolls as well as stocking the buffet for everyone to enjoy. He made sure everyone was happy and kept the vibes great. Shannon was extremely helpful and professional in getting everything booked. She stayed in constant contact with me and answered all of my questions promptly. Can’t wait to hire One Sushi again for my next event!!

Absolutely! We offer tastings for you and one guest for a small fee. Should you choose to book with us afterward, the tasting fee will be credited toward your final event balance.
For weddings, we recommend booking with us at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for planning and menu customization.
