Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. The other side includes a wet bar area, restroom, changing area, pool table/tv room. A huge decor closet is available to couples at no extra cost. Bring your own vendors! Lush green fields are spread in every direction, and the ceremony gardens with an elegant wooden pergola provides an idyllic backdrop for saying "I do". Welcome. The Grounds of North Star is located on the path of our Lady of Guadalupe. At the center of the 50-acre farm stands the world’s largest statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Mary’s likeness stands 50 feet tall and is covered by over 450,000 mosaic tiles. In front of the statue lies the LAKE OF HOPE, surrounded by the world’s largest illuminated fifteen-decade rosary. At night, the view is awe-inspiring as the beads light up the night sky.
