The Place has wonderful memories waiting for you. We open our home to the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in our master suite. We also have a room for the groomsmen to get ready in once they arrive, with a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, couch, and arcade basketball. Have your ceremony next to the water, in front of the barn, down by the stream, or inside with beautiful sliding barn doors as your back drop and large pine beams overhead. Whatever you choose, we will customize it to make it all about you. Inside, your guests will appreciate the elegant venue with beams and stone fireplaces. Brandt Manor at Sunny Slope Farm is situated on 210 rolling, wooded acres just outside Carrollton, Ohio. The property was a working farm from the early 1800’s until the 1980’s but today it consists of a restored Victorian farmhouse and barn, honeymoon cottage, various outbuildings, and breathtaking ceremony spaces. Freedom Farms is a unique venue for our area! We are a 5th generation working farm and started hosting weddings in 2014. We have developed a passion to work with brides to perfect their day! Irons Mill Farmstead is a beautiful barn and farm venue located in New Wilmington, PA. This family-owned property provides a truly romantic setting for celebrations. Couples and guests are sure to be delighted by Irons Mill Farmstead from the moment they pull into the private drive. Lush green fields are spread in every direction, and the ceremony gardens with an elegant wooden pergola provides an idyllic backdrop for saying "I do". The two-story barn dates back to the 1940s and has been renovated to provide modern amenities such as climate-controlled air conditioning and heating while retaining its authentic rustic charm. The top story boasts a spectacular vaulted ceiling, set off with magnificent chandeliers that sparkle over the polished wooden dance floor. The experienced team at Irons Mill understands how much goes into planning a wedding and includes day of coordination to execute your wedding plan! Tables and gold chiavari chairs are included with the cost of the rental.

The Patch is the small venue for your Big event, up to 100 guest. We specialize in Micro Weddings and Reception as well as Showers and More. We offer outside services Planning, Catering, Officiant and Decorating. Located between Pittsburgh and Erie.

Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. The other side includes a wet bar area, restroom, changing area, pool table/tv room. A huge decor closet is available to couples at no extra cost. Bring your own vendors! Welcome. The Grounds of North Star is located on the path of our Lady of Guadalupe. At the center of the 50-acre farm stands the world’s largest statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Mary’s likeness stands 50 feet tall and is covered by over 450,000 mosaic tiles. In front of the statue lies the LAKE OF HOPE, surrounded by the world’s largest illuminated fifteen-decade rosary. At night, the view is awe-inspiring as the beads light up the night sky.
