If I could give them 1000/10 I would. Fiona was incredible to work with and was amazing at proactive communication. The rest of the event staff were top notch day of. We had so many compliments on how the venue looked (we did so very little, it was mostly the greenhouse and how they usually keep it), the food (loved by everyone, the care for allergies and dietary restrictions including vegan were unkatched and every single guest left incredibly full and happy), to the service (the professionalism, the knowledge of length to next course, how quick they were to turn around drinks/food) were the best. The space is gorgeous. The greenhouse holds 65 for seated dinner but we had 41 and it was perfect. There was room to make a small dance floor in the back along with our 2 person live band that made it a night to remember.

WOW! WHERE DO I BEGIN? Seriously!!! Penn Oaks was just perfect for our 12/29/23 wedding day! We got engaged January 2023, and started looking at venues immediately. Penn Oaks came up, and figured why not reach out to see if they had any December availability, and I am so thankful they did! We got our first email from Ramona Swift, and we got right in to see the venue a couple days later. As soon as we started talking with her, she was such a delight to chat with and literally sold Penn Oaks to us. We knew, even knowing that we had other venues to tour that day, that we had seen our wedding venue. Ramona was the sweetest, fun, wedding coordinator we could ask for, and literally felt like I had another mom on hand to listen to me and offer wedding advice. She was professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, communicative, and respected our decisions. I know a lot of brides get super stressed, and because of Ramona, I had no stress at all. She took care of absolutely everything!! Penn Oaks is such an all inclusive wedding venue. Especially if you go with the William Penn Package. Everything that was included was amazing. I can truthfully say that NO other venue had any package like it! (Think... 10 passed Hors d'oeuvres, 6 stations, alcohol, dinner, desserts, wedding cake, photo booth, gold chiavari chairs, gold chargers, table linens, a complimentary hotel room for the wedding night)! If you want to have everything right there for you for a great price, Penn Oaks is it! And they give you amazing vendors that they recommend as far as the additional wedding things go (photographer/videographer/DJ/florist/hotel blocks/etc). As pretty and beautiful as Penn Oaks is already, we got married at Christmas time, and the way they decorate the club for that time of the year made it very easy for decor! We definitely did not need to worry about much! :) It was beautifully done already! The food and service throughout our wedding night was just top-notch! We still have people talking about HOW MUCH food there was, and HOW GREAT the food was! Many people have told us that they have never been to a wedding with so much food. It was just fantastic! My husband and I did not get to eat much during cocktail hour, because of saying hi to everyone, but they made a plate of all the passed Hors d'oeuvres for us, which was a nice gesture! I can keep going on and on and on! My final words.... Don't overlook Penn Oaks! It was the best wedding we could have asked for! Thanks Penn Oaks, and of course Ramona! Love, Alex and Brendan

We chose Tim McLoone's Supper Club as the venue for our wedding in September 2019 - and we are so glad we did! Our Event Director, Victoria De Santis, guided us through each step of the process. Her knowledge and expertise was so comforting, but her excitement, encouragement, guidance, and wisdom made us feel like family. And on the big day, the entire staff did the same - they were amazing! The venue itself is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We wanted an intimate event with all the bang of a bigger wedding, and Tim McLoone's Supper Club made us feel like we were the center of our small world. We received so many compliments on our choice! If you are looking for a smaller venue that provides big-time service in a near perfect location with views all-around, we highly recommend Tim McLoone's Supper Club.

My husband and I are extremely untraditional and were looking for a wedding venue that just matched who we were as people. Let me start by saying everyone we talk to says how this was the best wedding they have ever been to. We thought they were just saying that, but the amount of times and people that say it we know it's true. We fell in love with Porta back in 2018 when they opened one in Philadelphia and when I realized they were a wedding venue I did not hesitate. For starters the food, everything is made to order and is some of the best Italian food you will ever have. People still talk about the food and how good it was. All the food that is left over too you get to take home... we were eating our favorite food for a week. Win Win! Chandler and the day of team are some of the best people to work with! They made everything so easy, the venue was beautiful and they made sure we were taken care of all night. From beginning to end everything was amazing and we could not express how lucky we are that we found Porta Asbury Park. Best night of our lives!

We had our wedding at The Vault and it exceeded every expectation we had. Working with the event planner, Sarah, was so easy. She accommodated everything we asked for and was very responsive. The food was so yummy. It was unlimited servings during our event and there was so much food, everyone was stuffed, and you can't beat it for the price. The bartenders were friendly, professional and on top of their game. Not to mention- the great beer! The event room is rustic and beautiful. All of our guests kept saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Highly recommend!

Royal Boucherie was the perfect venue for our small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Samantha, the events manager, was so kind and responsive through the whole planning process, helping us to customize our events schedule, drink, and menu options to get exactly what we wanted. The garden patio is such a beautiful ceremony location and the upstairs parlour room was perfect for a cozy, romantic cocktail hour and dinner. The staff were so kind and courteous through the entire event and the food was incredible! We loved having our wedding at Royal Boucherie!

Visit Hidden Sands to see the layout and great industrial setting. Ample parking, great local caterers for any menu, extensive beer list, wine allowed, pristine water flat or sparkling included. This open concept venue, complete with gantry cranes is a clean, well fitted facility, including ample moder bathrooms.

After getting engaged in August of 2021, my fiancé and I were looking for a spacious event venue to host our large families. We decided on Hidden Sands and were in love with the brewery atmosphere. Our party was kid friendly and laid back but I can definitely envision this event space being formally decorated for any event.

What made our experience truly exceptional was the ability to combine American, Italian, French, and Asian dishes. The manager was prompt in responding to our inquiries, contributing to the overall smooth planning process. One notable feature that enhanced the ambiance was the well-designed wall, providing an ideal backdrop for our decorations. In conclusion, I highly recommend Ficus 2nd Floor for any event or celebration. We are owners of a party band that perform at reception venues all over the tri-state area and we chose AMH because we wanted to marry on stage in a fun, relaxed, and unique environment. The staff could not have been more service-oriented from preplanning meetings up to and including servicing the guests. We have many compliments for the manager Sara for allowing us to decorate as we wanted, making "themed cocktail drinks", coordinating the rest of the very friendly staff and for going above and beyond etc.. We had many bands play throughout the evening and all of the musicians were impressed with the sound crew at AMH, they were absolutely perfectionists with the sound and lighting! Most compliments that we received were that it was such a warm, cool vibe, filled with love throughout the event....exactly what we hoped for. "

We were married on a snowy Friday in January and they were super helpful with golf cart transportation across the property to get me where I needed to go from the hotel getting ready room to the ceremony room. Scott was an outstanding maitre de the night of rehearsal and the day/night of the wedding and Nancy was wonderful and so easy to work with from initial emails to dinner tasting to countless phone calls (on my end) to the wedding day and everything in between! Bartenders and servers were extremely friend both during the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day! Beautiful martini bar add on was a HUGE hit! So happy and thrilled we chose Springfield! We would chose them all over again if we could!

Yards was perfect for our wedding! The ambiance is modern but cozy, perfect for our 110 guest list. Carolyn was great to work with, she was responsive and made sure everything we wanted to be incorporated into the day was accommodated. She and her team set everything up nicely and took care of putting out our personal touches. Our guests raved about the food, it was just as good day of as it was at the tasting. Bartenders were great, all the staff was great really. Highly recommend if you have a medium sized guest list and want a more laid back vibe rather than a formal or stuffy event hall.

Mr. Renner made the decision to keep the original industrial scale for weighing wool, which you can still see inside our front foyer. Our first batch of Manayunk Brewing Company beer was tapped on October 17, 1996. Since then, we have brewed more than 600 different varieties of beers, and have been selling these sought-after styles all around Philadelphia and New Jersey. Our brewers continue to explore new takes on classic styles, especially when it comes to sour ales and India Pale Ales. You will no doubt see our delivery truck bringing goods to happy customers throughout the Philadelphia region! Mr. Renner’s daughter took over the building in 2004 and runs the restaurant and brewery along with her business partner Mike Rose. Since then, they have expanded the restaurant by installing a stone pizza oven and sushi bar, as well as a chic banquet space for weddings and meetings. We’ve also begun to offer kayak tours along the adjacent Schuylkill River during the warm months.

MBC exceeded all our expectations for our wedding venue and catering. We are one of the many couples that were impacted by COVID during wedding planning, and MBC and their event coordinator Paris were as professional, warm and accomodating as they could be during a very stressful time for many of their couples. When we had to postpone our orignal wedding date in 2021, Paris was so accomodating in offering us any of the remaning 2021/2022 dates they had available and made the process as simple as naming a date with no issues. Our original deposit was applied to our new date. When MBC suffered from a catastrophic flood in August 2021, they were super communicative about venue expectations and their plans/timeline for the future. Paris offered reccomendations for our vendors whom she has worked with and trusted, although we ultimatley opted for some new vendors :) We had separately hired a wedding planner to assist us throughout the planning process (Andi at Musa Weddings), but even if you do not have a planner, Paris is exceptionally knoweledgable (i.e.expert) at wedding planning and can help you throughout the planning process at MBC. She also offered wonderful reccomendations during our tasting for ways to accomodate dietary restrictions, fan favorites on the menu, how to have a diversified menu, and ways to 'zhuzh' up the space if you needed inspiration. When we first visited MBC we immediately fell in love with the space. It is intimate, but large enough to accomodate up to 200 people, but intimate enough that our final guest list of 80 felt full in the space. It is a simple canvas so you can bring any vision to life in the space. They also have a private upstairs patio space if you want to have your ceremony or cocktail hour oustide. We opted to do all inside (due to weather) and the space being so welcoming. MBC also has a private, separate space for couples and their families which we used as a holding space during the photos (there is an amazing trail right behind the restaurant which is GORGEOUS for photos) and they provided snacks and drinks. We also used this space to sign our Ketubah for some privacy with our family only, and after our ceremony we were able to enjoy a few private moments together to decompress. MBC also brought us our own drinks of choice and a sampling of the cocktail hour snacks so we could enjoy our first minutes of marriage! When we were reseraching a venue and caterer for our wedding, our number one priority was good food. MBC delivers. At our tasting it was hard to pick only a few items - they were all so delicous! The chef introduced himself as well and was very open to any needs or preferences. We receieved (and have continued to receive) endless compliments on the food...so much so that no one was eating the dessert we brought in! They just wanted more mini chicken and waffles :) I cannot reccomend MBC enough. The staff was professional, the service leading up to and on the day of the wedding was phenomenal; I felt in very good hands with Paris and her staff. They were knoweldgeable, calm, collected, and FUN. My groom and I always had a drink in our hand or a snack on our plate thanks to the staff. There are hundreds of amazing reviews on MBC on this site, and they are all true. I only wish I could do it all over again :) and eat another bite of the pork belly or ahi tuna!! Paris & the MBC staff - thank you, thank you, thank you!

We searched thoroughly because we wanted a place that would deliver a nearby location for a whole weekend. The Deauville Inn was ideal and working with Judy was perfect. Judy guided me through all of the details, was responsive and in touch all the way -- giving me the tools that I needed to make decisions, including great vendor recommendations. Our day was perfect -- and I remember every moment including the entire ceremony (thank you to Judy for telling me to breathe before you sent me on my way!) The Deauville Inn has a great set up -- the food is terrific, the setting is beautiful and the whole staff was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for giving us the most beautiful memories!!

FringeArts is a unique venue in Old City with two versatile spaces that can be rented separately or together, based on the couple’s vision. Most often the spaces are rented together. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. Outside we have a bar that is operational May-October, lawn games, fire pits, and a great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge!

My husband and I hosted our summer wedding with La Peg at Fringe Arts last summer and it could not have been a more perfect day and the best planning and execution experience, from start to finish. We were an out of town couple planning our wedding here, as we moved from Philly to DC, so communication was really important throughout the process, and everyone we worked with made sure to keep communication open and frequent. We loved how unique La Peg’s atmosphere was for our black & white, modern, elegant black tie wedding. The exposed brick, high vaulted ceilings, and industrial, urban elements juxtaposed perfectly against pure white floral clouds hanging in their theatre space, with dark linens. Everything I had envisioned in my mind came to life perfectly in this space. The first reason we wanted to have our wedding here was because when we lived in Philadelphia, we loved dining here and their food was always incredible. It was even better on our wedding night. We had the best experience hand selecting our menu, having a lot of flexibility and our guests were wowed with the options we selected, along with a bar that was fully stocked and no glass was ever empty. A year later and guests are still raving about how unique our venue was, how incredible the food and drink was, and how seamless the staff made the entire experience. My husband and I say the same. I would do it all over again with them. The absolute best night of our lives. Thank you to everyone at La Peg at Fringe Arts for making our wedding so perfect and memorable!

He was very helpful, accommodating, and was communicative, answering every question I had promptly. He was there for me every step of the way from the tour of the Claridge to my wedding day. Lance, the banquet manager, was phenomenal! He worked tirelessly the day of my wedding, ensuring that everything was in place and ran smoothly. He was so kind in helping me envision and bring about the wedding reception of my dreams, and also kept me organized by helping me create a timeline for the day of my wedding. Curtis did a fantastic job handling guest room bookings! He stayed in communication with me until the day of my wedding, accommodating requests with ease. The bridal assistant was amazing! She constantly checked on me and my husband and brought us whatever we needed. The waitstaff and bartenders at the Claridge provided outstanding service. It made me so happy to hear from so many of our wedding guests that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended. I am forever grateful for the memorable experience, it was truly the best day of my life!

Celebrate your next occasion on the Navesink! Our Main Dining Room has spectacular views of the Navesink River through the large, fully functioning glass garage doors. This room can accommodate roughly 50-60 guests. The Rooftop River Room is a fully enclosed rooftop that offers nearly 360-degree views of the Navesink River. Similar to the Main Dining Room it features two solid glass garage doors that open, in addition to the two sliding glass doors on the right hand wall. This room can accommodate roughly 30 guests. The Turtle Room is located on our second floor, and accommodates 20 guests. This room boasts an upscale relaxing environment coupled with the benefits of a private space. I can't speak enough about how easy it was to work with everyone at 26 West. They let us tweak the menu for our rehearsal dinner, and with views of the Navesink from upstairs it was a great night. The service was spot on, and in a day and age where there is a shortage of staff, they made sure everything was taken care of. Anything that anyone else needed they were on top of.

Brick Farm Tavern wasn't the first venue we booked; we had a deposit on a vineyard barn in Vermont with promises of local farm-to-table fare & an indoor-outdoor experience. It all fell apart due to scheduling issues, but I can say with certainty that was for the absolute best. Brick Farm Tavern delivered on all the things we had hoped to find in Vermont, and then some. Most importantly, it was all-inclusive; we no longer had to pay per fork, per chair, per napkin for a luxe experience. If you have never been, go there for dinner, and you will see what I mean! We wanted guests to feel like they were being hosted at a high-end house party, and judging by the fact that we couldn't get anyone to leave, even hours after the bar went to cash (and then closed), I know it was a success. On Experience: Bolstered by lovely weather, we had full use of Brick Farm's grounds: patio seating, outdoor games, and later on, the firepit. Most of our guests chose to spend their time outside, but that didn't stop the dance floor from picking up steam! While finding space for a band might be difficult at the Tavern, we supplemented our DJ with two acoustical performers (see Justin Jones music!) that were even able to follow us outside during cocktail hour. They kept pace with the vibe of the evening, transitioning between acoustic guitar and dance music; the cozy size of the dance floor made it always feel full! The firepit outside allowed less rhythmically inclined guests to experience a different vibe, without being stuck staring at the dancers from their tables. Brick Farm even made s'mores kits for guests to enjoy! On Food: We knew the food was going to be good (it always is), but it was spectacular, personalized, and served with care. We chose not to assign seats because there were more guests than seats. No one seemed to mind, and unlike with a bad seating chart, no one complained either! Guests could wander up to food stations when they pleased, be served a meal of their choice (we even had vegan options!), and eat wherever they wished, either inside at the tables or outside on the patio. Plus, the servers were so attentive; they walked around, checking on us and our guests constantly! People often joke they don't get to eat at their own weddings; well I ate! The staff brought me hors d'oeuvres in between photographs, made me a plate from all the stations & set it with a paired wine from their reserve. The highlight of the reception for me was absconding the immaculately set wine cellar for dinner with my closest friends and family. It was so lovely I could cry. On Drink: Speaking of wine, the Tavern did not hold back on our open bar. For many of our friends and family, this was the highlight - the quality of the alcohol served was the same they would serve patrons of their restaurant. My uncle could not stop talking about being served Troon beer, and my bridesmaids loved the Lemon and Bees cocktail. I am underselling this, I think because I am not a drinker, but just trust me that no corners were cut by their bar staff. As an aside, I should mention that they also included a free valet service, so I had some peace of mind as the night came to a close. Brick Farm Tavern made our reception unique by tailoring the experience to us, and our guests as individuals, simultaneously. Everyone enjoyed themselves: introverts, extroverts, old and young - it sounds too good to be true, but I guess you just have to see it to believe it!

Everything was great!! The staff was amazing, the food was raved about and the drinks were flowing! They let us come in and setup the day before and then come back 2 days later and collect the items we left behind. Blondie (Valerie especially!) could not have been more accommodating and they were the perfect venue for the smaller, party atmosphere wedding we were going for! Colin and the rest of the service team were top notch! Run, don’t walk to book your event with them because they’ll start being overbooked soon enough!!
