From the moment we first reached out to the team at Adelphia, we were met with a comforting, patient, and reassuring communication style that immediately put us at ease. The quality of their work and overall value was truly exceptional - the venue was beautifully decorated, with a luxurious and fun atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was how the Adelphia staff went above and beyond, helping us with things outside the scope of their actual job responsibilities, which meant so much to us on our special day. They were also incredibly honest about setting realistic expectations, and we never felt like they were just after our money - we truly felt they cared about making our wedding day as special as possible. Adelphia was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was quick, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The team guided us through every detail, from selecting the menu to coordinating the timeline, so we could enjoy our day without stress. Alexis, our coordinator, anticipated our needs and handled every request with care and professionalism, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful!! The ballroom is spacious, luxurious, elegant, and timeless. We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality of the food and service. Adelphia truly exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day a dream come true!

Yes, valet parking is complementary to receptions with 100+ guests.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance and an accessible elevator to move between the main and lower level.

Your reservation includes 5 & 1/2 hours from start to finish. When holding your ceremony on site at Adelphia, an additional 1/2 hour is added for a total of a 6 hour event.

You can hire any vendors for your wedding, as long as they provide a certificate of insurance! From cold sparklers to dancing on a cloud, we’ve hosted a variety of entertainers, live bands, painters, etc. We can even provide a complementary stage for your DJ/band to elevate your reception.

Absolutely! Our wedding package does include a 5 1/2 hour premium top shelf open bar, but that can be removed from your package by request. This would discount your package by $10/person!

Exceptional service is the standard for our weddings, which is why we will never compromise our service quality. Our large facilities and full service banquet kitchen are well equipped to cater more than 800 guests at a time. All of our private event spaces are soundproof and secluded. We assure your wedding service will not be interrupted by any other events!
