Our family realized we had the perfect location and beautiful acreage on our rolling Ozark hills to build a gorgeous event venue that would be perfect for their fit event and many future events. We designed a climate controlled barn conveniently located on Highway 71 in Jane, Missouri, one mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Welcome to our beautiful venue! Venue 105 was newly built in 2021. We have over 5500 sq ft of under roof space with a luxury lodge like feel (climate controlled). We also have a bridal suite, grooms' room and caterer's kitchen for your use. Our outdoor ceremony area is under a beautiful canopy of mature oak trees with rustic bench seating for 200 plus guests. All areas are handicap accessible. We do setup tables/chairs custom for your event, included in the cost!
