“The easiest five stars we could ever give. If we could give The Barn on the Pemi a thousand, we would! My husband and I got married here on October 3, 2026, and I genuinely don’t know if words will ever do our experience justice. From the rehearsal to our wedding day and after-party, every moment was beyond anything we could have dreamed of. We knew the venue was breathtaking when we booked it, but what made it truly extraordinary was the team behind it. Every single staff member was phenomenal. The kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and attention to detail were unmatched. We felt so genuinely cared for, and so did our guests. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to be completely present and soak in every second of the best day of our lives. The food? INCREDIBLE. The desserts? Just as amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food, service, and entire experience. Hosting nearly 200 people is no small feat, and this team made it look effortless. And then there’s Kendra. Oh, Kendra. Where do I even begin? Calling her incredible feels like the understatement of the century. She is an absolute miracle worker, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her. After spending so much time planning every little detail, having someone who cared so deeply about bringing our vision to life meant everything. She was organized, patient, reassuring, attentive, and somehow always ten steps ahead. No question was too small, no detail overlooked. She handled everything with such grace, and I never once doubted that we were in the best hands. But what makes Kendra so special goes far beyond being an exceptional coordinator. She genuinely cares. She made us feel heard, supported, and understood through every step of the process. By the end, she didn’t just feel like our coordinator; she felt like a friend. Having someone in your corner who treats your happiness as if it matters just as much to her as it does to you is something I will never forget. I hope she knows what an incredible difference she made for us. Our wedding was everything we’d hoped for and somehow so much more. We laughed, cried, danced our hearts out, and experienced a kind of happiness I wish we could bottle up forever. We didn’t spend the day worrying about logistics. We got to simply be a bride and groom, surrounded by our favorite people, making memories we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. To the coordinators, servers, bartenders, culinary team, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us a weekend we will never forget. If we could do it all over again, we would choose The Barn on the Pemi a thousand times over, and we would choose Kendra every single time. To any couple considering this venue: BOOK IT. You’re not just choosing a beautiful place to get married. You’re choosing people who will pour their hearts into making your day everything you’ve dreamed of. October 3 will forever be the best day of our lives, and The Barn on the Pemi will forever have a piece of our hearts.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team and the venue of Okemo. My husband and I were married here over the last weekend and it was beyond our highest expectations. We had a fully weekend of parties - Friday welcome party, Saturday summit ceremony with round barn reception, and a breakfast on Sunday morning. The accommodations blew everyone away, the service was seamless, and the grounds were gorgeous. They managed to provide top-tier service and polish while also staying very true to the ski mountain feel, which was perfect for us. There is a beautiful rain plan also, under the stone arch, which is totally unique - so if it is rainy, it's still an epic location. You can tell they regularly invest in this place and keep it nice. There are so many high quality amenities onsite, from the many pools to the gym, the pickleball courts, and of course all the unique activities in the adventure zone, people absolutely loved it. The team though is very impressive. Every step of the way, they were thinking of everything and worked to answer all of our (many) questions and considerations in detail, and they considered everything. the logistics were impeccable, which is a feat for a summit ceremony getting 120 people up and down a chairlift. The food was incredible, and was served quickly to all tables. The round barn had been freshly painted and was lovely. a special thank you to Maggie and Chef Mark, who not only delivered the results but supported and coordinated with us throughout the process, making me and my family feel very confident in the team throughout the stressful planning process. What a fantastic experience, if you're considering it don't hesitate to choose this amazing venue!”

From management to the entire staff, everyone was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were kind, accommodating, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we had hoped for. With rain on the radar, the team worked with us and moved things around to make sure we were still able to have our ceremony at the summit — something that meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for the effort they put into making it happen. And in the end, the overcast weather made the mountain even more beautiful. The views were breathtaking, and our photos came out looking absolutely majestic against the mountains and clouds. It honestly felt like something out of a dream. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and made for such a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful Loon was and how special it was to take the gondola up the mountain for our ceremony. The food was also fantastic! A huge kudos to the chef and culinary team — everything was delicious and beautifully done. Our wedding day was truly the most magical day, and Loon Mountain was such a huge part of making it that way. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to get married or a better team to have behind us. We will forever be grateful to everyone at Loon for giving us a day we will never forget. “July-2024 we hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in the White Mountains of NH. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the entire weekend. But the hospitality, service, food, location & splendor of a well kept historic grand dame hotel made our entire experience a spectacular, elegant and enjoyable weekend for everyone! Guests enjoyed golfing, hiking, relaxing by the pool or the veranda surrounded by gorgeous views all weekend. Friday evening we entertained our guest with a private welcome party on the South Veranda. We were able to customize a menu with the chef- treating everyone with a taste of South Indian dishes honoring the region of India our son-in-law & family are from. The ceremony & reception were held at the Rosewood Lodge at the top of Brettonwoods Ski Area. A gondola ride to the top provided a fun experience, helping to build the excitement for the main event. Having the entire lodge, patio top of mountain to ourselves made it feel exclusive and very special. Accommodations- the MW is a magnificent grand historic hotel beautifully decorated with beautiful grounds. It is clean & well maintained for being 125 year old large busy hotel. The bride & groom had their 1st look at the main hotel- providing a beautiful setting & capturing the grandeur of the hotel. Service & Hospitality- in a word it was-Outstanding! The wedding consultant(Katarina Doucette- Senior Catering Sales Manager) was so helpful, accommodating & responsive throughout the entire process. Every staff member from the banquet coordinators, chef, servers, hotel cleaning staff & front desk took such special care of us - despite being a busy summer weekend we felt we were exclusive guests of the hotel. A special shout out to the gondola operators- they were so helpful getting our wedding decorations loaded & up/down the mountain. They even enthusiastically decorated the bride & grooms gondola with lighting for a crazy/fun send off at the end of the night! To end the weekend - we had a delicious Sunday brunch buffet for our guests in the beautiful main dining room. We utilized nearly every area & aspect of the Mount Washington Resort and had great experiences the entire weekend! Weddings are expensive but we felt every penny we spent was well worth it and appreciated at The Omni Mount Washington Resort. The pictures from the photographer - Lena Marisola - really say it all!”

“Getting to have our wedding at Burke Mountain was so special! We could not have asked for a better weekend or wedding day. Alicia and her team are amazing and truly helped us bring our dream wedding to life. From the start, Alicia helped answer all of our questions (and we had many!) and helped us create the perfect day while always keeping our budget in mind. She provided detailed timelines and deadlines and helped us stay on track throughout the planning process. She was on top of all the details, both big and small, and even helped coordinate with each of our vendors. She was so great to work with! I'd also be remiss not to give Lou a shout-out! He worked so hard all weekend to make sure everything was set up for us, from the chairs and tables in the reception space to bringing the mums we had for the ceremony up to the site for us. Not only are Alicia, Lou, and the rest of their team incredibly organized, but they are all so kind! All weekend, we had staff offering to help, asking what we needed, and doing the same for our guests. While our entire wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, it was truly the people who helped make our wedding weekend so special, and that includes the team at Burke Mountain. In addition to the incredible team, the venue itself was stunning. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful, sunny fall day, and our guests were in awe of the views from both the mountain/pavilion site and the hotel. The space was comfortable, the food was delicious, and we loved that our guests could stay at the hotel if they chose to. We would absolutely recommend Burke Mountain to anyone looking for a wedding venue. We are so grateful we got to celebrate our wedding there!”

“My husband and I got married at the Exit 33 courtyard and had our reception at the Tourqouse Tiger at Turning Stone. We live and Denver but wanted to have our wedding in New York since that is our home state. We were super nervous about planning a wedding from across the country but Turning Stone blew us away! There were so many package options and we found one that was perfect for us for a pretty affordable wedding price. Additionally, it came with a wedding planner and we hit the jackpot with Quiana Morgan. She was incredible and my husband and I refer to her as THE GOAT! She was detailed, attentive, and made everything about us and what we wanted, she never made us feel pressured and did anything she could to make sure we had everything we wanted. We had a very non traditional wedding, so we asked for some out of the box accommodations and we never heard the work no from her. On top of that, she’s just a great person with a great personality and made the whole experience so fun for us. Come day of the wedding, she had everything planned out, did all the decorating and made me vision come to life, it was absolutely gorgeous. She kept the show running and everything on time and was there to support us through the whole day. She holds a special place in our hearts and I would do any event with her 1000 times over. The venue was beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and all of the staff working our wedding was so sweet and just showered us in compliments and amazing vibes. The casino itself was also amazing and there was so much to do. We partied all night and made the best memories. I also got my makeup done at the spa and I looked flawless, it was amazing. Would recommend turning stone weddings for anyone looking for an amazing venue!”

“If you want your wedding to be a weekend long affair filled with love, laughter, and beautiful scenery, look no further than Stickney Farms! From the start Jen was very easy to work with, letting us tour the venue multiple times and always responding promptly to emails or texts before, during, and after the wedding. When a storm came through the night before our wedding, Jen went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We loved the ability for us and our guests to stay on property all weekend, which allowed us ample time to decorate, set up, and enjoy time with family and friends. The venue and property are so naturally beautiful and there are a million ways to make it your own. We had guests travel from near and far and all told us what a special spot we had picked. We had a perfect wedding weekend and can’t imagine having held it anywhere else! Big thanks to Jen for making our wedding dreams come true. ️”

“It was so hard to begin to write this review because we have a book of amazing things to say about Lareau Farm. Being from Connecticut, my Husband and I accidentally found Lareau Farm Inn and fell in love with both the location and the staff. From the second we met Helen for our tour of the venue, she remained extremely helpful and easy to contact. What immediately grabbed our attention about this venue is that you can stay at the Inn for the weekend with your family and close friends. This was such a special weekend for us, we were surrounded by our bridal party and our direct families from Thursday to Monday. The Inn has beautiful land to walk around, a creek to swim in, and my younger sisters loved walking around to see the flowers. Even better, the breakfast at the Inn was delicious every single day (we say it is the best french toast we have ever had). Helen and the team at the Farm were accommodating with all of the ideas that we had. On Thursday we held an outdoor yoga class on the grounds of the Inn- it was peaceful and everyone had so much fun. We decided to have rehearsal dinner at the Historic Red Barn and it was beautiful. Helen has so much attention to detail, tables and decorations were spot on to what we had imagined. We opted for the American Flatbread at rehearsal dinner and our guests say it was the best flatbread they have ever had ( we even ordered extra later that night!). The best part about our wedding morning was that we had no worries because we knew that Helen and the team had everything under control. I was so calm, cool, and collected, on the wedding day morning and it was all due to everyone making the process so easy. As a bride who had every little detail planned out, Helen was able to place every decoration perfectly just by following little sticky notes I had left her. Helen was great at contacting our vendors and keeping everything going smoothly. We decided to have a food buffet for dinner, and we still have our guests talking about how good the dinner was, “ the best wedding food ever”, as they say. I think we went up for thirds at one point! One of our favorite parts of the night was sitting around the fire after our Reception, having s'mores , and watching the stars. Another plus of the venue location is that there are no street lights around, so star watching is spectacular. There was not one thing throughout our entire wedding weekend that went wrong, and nothing we would change. The venue is so beautiful, it makes for perfect pictures no matter where you are. If you are looking for a venue that is laid back, naturally beautiful, has delicious and fresh food, and kind staff, then LF is your place. A month after our wedding the farm surprised us with a painting of my bouquet as a gift- just another instance where they are so thoughtful! There is nothing better than enjoying coffee on the porch and the company of everyone you love on the day you get married. I wish we could give this venue more than 5 stars because they deserve it. A huge thank you to Helen, again, and the team at Lareau Farm, Colby & Taylor Nolan”
