But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

“My husband and I have always loved Milk Bar cakes and they have made appearances throughout our relationship- at birthdays, our engagement, and just for fun. So it was a no-brainer that we wanted to have it as our wedding cake. We got married in Greenville, SC in October 2022 and it was so easy to arrange for them to be shipped down and arrive 2 days before the wedding. They arrived at our home and we dropped them off with our caters who placed the 6" cake on top of a 10" cake for the wedding day! It looked beautiful and our guests raved about how great it tasted. Months later, we still have guests asking where it was from! We also provided plastic to-go boxes for guests to take home the extras at the end of the night. We had 80 guests and purchased four 10" cakes and one 6" cake. Thank you Milk Bar for the easy and delicious process!”

“Elizabeth provided us with the perfect wedding cake. I showed her an inspiration picture and she nailed it. I wanted a simple, yet elegant cake for our rustic reception. Contacting and booking with Elizabeth was easy. We met for a casual cake tasting and were pleased with her cake, icing options, and pricing. We ended up selecting a vanilla cake with her homemade strawberry filling for our top tier and her strawberry champagne cake with the same filling for the bottom. Both cakes were delicious! She delivered and set up before we arrived to the reception and I cannot recommend her enough.”

“I cannot begin to put into words my thanks to Adesuwa for the incredible magical cake she made for our wedding! It was everything I dreamed of and more. I don't know how she did it - but she really incorporated everything I asked and hoped for. Not only that, but her expert guidance helped me along the way to make choices about a cake that would be truly meaningful to me in the long run, and not just look like every other cake out there that people are doing now. I'm so grateful for that. The way that she brought in color and the tropical fruit in the middle of WINTER to speak to our Brazilian and Mexican heritages is what brought it over the top for me. Adesuwa truly went above and beyond. Of course, all of that would have been beautiful on its own, but the taste and quality of the cake was to die for!!! Adesuwa is absolutely a master of her craft. Our guests were blown away! So many things go wrong during a wedding (and went wrong for us) and there were many disappointments for me. There were also many places I wish I would have been able to make more special / meaningful to our cultures, backgrounds and personal lives but weren't able to because of cost. Additionally, my entire Brazilian family weren't able to be there because of the high cost and challenge of flying here from the south of Brazil. So, to have this cake, we were able to bring more meaning and personal detail to our day, and it really means the world to me for so many reasons. Especially because the cake was paid for by my grandmother in Brazil, from whom I'm sure I got my obsession with cakes, and had a say in the design! To say thank you is not enough. I will tell everyone about Adesuwa's incredible work!”
