While Interior Design might be my "day job", event coordinating is my super special weekend side hustle. It's my second love! With my design background, I am used to intricately detailed projects, crazy levels of organization, and plenty of experience pivoting when things (inevitably) go wrong. Nothing can set you up better for event coordinating. All of my coordination packages provide support throughout the planning process (not just day-of). We bring a live, build your own cake pop & mini cake bar to weddings and events. Guests choose their cake flavor, chocolate dip or frosting, and toppings, and we finish each treat on the spot - equal parts dessert and entertainment. Packages are sized for 50-300 guests with 1-2 attendants, 2-3 hours of service and full setup/clean up. We style the display to your palette and can also provide pre-set dessert tables, tiered cake pop cakes or individually wrapped favors.

Born and raised in Germany (Airforce), Lynnae moved to the States when she was 7 years old and grew up in the Seattle area. Lynnae studied psychology at Western Washington University and earned a BA in psychology in 2010. She worked 10+ years in the non-profit sector, working with youth and families, providing services to youth in foster care, homeless youth, pregnant and parenting teens, and working as a dedicated in-home family therapist. When she isn’t helping her clients put on amazing luxury events, Lynnae is traveling, laughing and creating special memories with her husband, Michael, four children and their Boston terrier puppy.
