“We feel so lucky to have found the West Mountain Inn for our wedding. We first visited about a year before our wedding and immediately felt like it would be the perfect place for our special day. We were greeted by the resident golden retrievers, who followed us on our tour. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll be very happy with this venue! But really, it was Amie, Mary Beth and the rest of the staff who sold us. We immediately felt like they cared about making your day as perfect as possible for us, which was very welcome after touring other venues which felt like they wanted to squeeze every penny from us. After we decided on the venue, Amie was so willing to work with people like us who wanted to plan every detail possible. Amie answered all of my questions and sent additional information like floor plans so I could plan who was assigned to each room as soon as possible. Her communication over email was so incredible helpful! We absolutely loved that we could have so many guests staying at the inn and knew that would be perfect for our winter wedding. Next came our tasting, which was such a fun event. There are two tastings a year, both in March (though I think you could have a private tasting if you need). We loved being able to stay at the inn for a night and meet all of the other couples getting married here within the year. As our wedding was in February, we had to wait a long time between the tasting and trying the food again, and it absolutely didn’t disappoint! Chef Jeff did an amazing job with our welcome party, breakfast and lunch the day of the wedding, the absolutely amazing wedding dinner (and late night snacks), and brunch the next morning! We heard that most couples have a hard time eating during their weddings, but we cleaned our plates! Definitely try the butternut squash ravioli, it is incredible! We had our ceremony in the barn, then moved to the bar in the inn for cocktail hour, then dinner in the dining room, and dancing in the living room. They take out the big pieces of living room furniture and move some chairs to the side for dancing. A lot of my family was skeptical about that, but the inn knows what they’re doing!! The dance floor was plenty big for our party of 60 (and I’m sure it could have accommodate larger groups), and the chairs on the sides were a huge hit! It was incredible to be able to sit down for a minute and still feel like you’re a part of the party. I know a lot of our guests enjoyed that as well. We got ready in the Norman Rockwell suite, which worked out well since we had a small bridal party. We also loved getting to see all the rooms in the inn - every room is thought out so well and has little details that are so fun to find! We thought the inn was what made our wedding weekend so magical and cannot wait to visit again on anniversaries or other special occasions. Thank you so much to the entire team - we are so grateful to you!”

“Farm Road Estate was the most incredible location for our wedding. It was beyond our wildest dreams the perfect experience. Kelly, Lauren and Giselle worked so hard to make every moment of our special weekend go off without a hitch and exceed our wildest dreams. The planning process was seamless, and no detail was left unplanned. Though we were blessed with incredible weather, we felt confident that no matter what the forecast might be, the team was prepared and the space would look gorgeous. “Riverside Farm was so wonderful to work with and a spectacular place to host our wedding! We hosted around 130 people and had three days of events at Riverside Farm in 2026 and all went so smoothly and were stunningly beautiful. We had a welcome party in the evening the first day, a cocktail hour and reception the second day, and a farewell brunch the morning of the third day. It’s lovely to have the whole space for your wedding for the weekend - we were glad to only have people we knew at the venue, and to not feel rushed for arriving and dropping things off nor leaving at the end. Kaycee gave us a tour of the property in 2025 which was very helpful and gave us confidence. Then over the next year, we worked extensively with Krissy, our wedding coordinator, to bring the wedding weekend to life. She was excellent, friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly and was our one point of contact for anything we needed related to Riverside Farm. She coordinated all with 1888 Builders, the company you are required to rent from for tables, chairs, kitchenware, etc. We found the prices to be reasonable and it was easy to just work through Krissy and Vermont Farms Catering, who did our catering, as they knew exactly what was needed for most things. The property is absolutely stunning. The barns are immaculately maintained and the grass and landscaping too. The accommodations vary in layout and we and our wedding party enjoyed them but they are not all your typical rooms of a queen or king bed. Additionally, they are scattered around the property but none are so far from the main activities that it’s a hassle. We enjoyed the beautiful Suite for the bridal couple, it’s a large, eclectic space and convenient from the red barn. We would highly recommend Riverside Farm and Krissy and the whole team for your wedding!”
