From the very first interaction, Stephanie and Gianna were effective, friendly, and thoughtful in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. The value they provided was excellent - not only is the venue itself beautifully appointed, but so many conveniences were included for the price that it made our day run that much more smoothly. For example, Stephanie recommended we skip the traditional first dances and family speeches and instead just dance our guests right into the dining room to a small surprise set from our band! This really kicked off the party in a fun and lively way which set the tone for the entire night. Absolutely wonderful to work with, Stephanie and Gianna are true professionals, and all we had to do as the couple was show up and leave the rest to them. “Wow, where do we even begin with this 5/5 review for Jeff and White Rose Productions other than wishing there was a higher rating to give them? Besides our venue, Jeff was the first vendor we picked for our wedding and it was the BEST choice we could have made. From our first meeting, we instantly knew that Jeff would bring our vision of celebrating and partying all night long to life and boy did he deliver! Weeks later, we still have friends and family saying "Oh my God you guys had the best DJ ever! I wish we had him for our wedding!!" Jeff kept that dance floor PACKED (we even had to move the tables out of the way). Even a few of our friends who are DJ's were dabbing Jeff up all night long for his killer transitions and reading the crowd. As a queer couple, the wedding planning process was a bit stressful in terms of making sure all of our vendors supported us and that we could be our authentic selves. Jeff is one of the most intentional people, he got to know our story, he learned who we are. So much so he was throwing in extra songs that we forgot to have on our list but we LOVED and it made everyone on the dance floor go crazy. The BEST decision that you can make (besides getting married to your soulmate) is hiring Jeff and White Rose Productions to DJ your event. “We chose Upohar to cater food for our Sangeet, and everything went so well! We worked with Stephanie, Erica, and Sri. They made every step of the process - from the initial consultation, to the tastings, to the many follow-ups, to the actual event - so easy. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. The venue that we held our event at doesn't allow outside catering, but they made an exception for us. Upohar was great with working with our venue directly to figure out the best plan for execution. They were very detail oriented and made sure everything was accounted for. The food was DELICIOUS. We are so happy with the menu we decided on. The staff at the event was super professional and did a great job with serving people, answering questions, and turning over for each course. “From our first email to the day we said "I do," The Stone Mill 1792 team was there for us at every step. They responded quickly to our questions and were always transparent about what we could do at the venue, which made planning so much easier. The space itself is stunning – we loved having the mill for getting ready, the gorgeous ceremony spot with the pond backdrop, and that spacious tent with real flooring where we could really celebrate. Their in-house decor helped us bring our vision to life without the stress of figuring it all out ourselves. “We had the BEST experience with having our wedding here. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and there are so many great options for ceremony spaces. It is also the perfect venue for any type of weather - rain or shine there is no stressing about your wedding day. The getting ready bridal suite was so spacious and beautiful. Dawn and Brian are the nicest people and their staff was exceptional. Having the “prop shop” is such a plus - we live out of state and didn’t have to worry about buying and bringing in all of our decor and furniture because it is all there for you! This venue is so organized with the planning process and know exactly how to make your day run smoothly. Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the property and landscaping was. Having their preferred vendors list was also so nice because each vendor already knew how to best set up for the space. Communication with each person at this venue is prompt and they truly want to help you make your day happen the way you want it to. We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. “Baker Event Co. was responsible for our draping and music for our wedding reception. Jesse was incredible to work with, very professional and a good listener both before and during our wedding! The venue was STUNNING, the dance floor was packed the entire night, and he knew how to work different genres to keep the energy high for a variety of demographics. “Erica was awesome to work with. I was a little nervous about my wedding makeup since I do not normally wear a lot of makeup daily. Erica completely crushed my makeup trial and my wedding makeup. I wanted some glam for my wedding, but also wanted to look myself. Erica gave me a great natural and glam look. I loved the airbrush makeup as it was light and felt like I wasn’t even wearing makeup. “I’ve had Lissa do my makeup a few times for different bridal photoshoots that I modeled in and OMG- every single time I felt absolutely beautiful! Lissa used her creative freedom to do what she does best and every single time it was flawless. I wear makeup daily but very minimal and even though she applied a full face, it still felt very light and I still felt like myself! The lashes were comfortable, my skin looked flawless and she put just the right amount of shadow on my eyes to allow them to pop! Highly recommend Lissa for your wedding or for any photoshoot!!! “This recommendation won’t even come close to acknowledging everything Erin and her team did for me and my family throughout the wedding planning process - Erin is more than just a planner, she becomes part of your family. From the very initial meetings, she asked questions not just about the event, but about us as a couple, and she was genuinely interested, not just checking a box on a spreadsheet. She asked what was most important to us and kept those things front of mind throughout the process to keep us grounded. Anytime there was an issue, she proactively came up with options for a solution. Anytime plans changed a bit, she remained calm and flexible. She kept us on task and moving through to do’s without making it stressful. And she’s so fun to work with - calls often ran over because we ended up gabbing about something entirely unrelated to the wedding which helped make the planning process incredibly enjoyable. She also helped us put together an absolute rock star vendor team based on what we voiced was important to us and our vibe and communication style. The actual weekend of the wedding, Erin and her team were on deck to handle anything and everything. They did it all - setup, tear down, answering questions, helping with last minute tasks, running things back and forth between welcome drinks, rehearsal, church, and reception venue. It took all of the stress off our plates so we could all enjoy the day - especially parents/family members who I feel often get roped into helping with many of those last minute to do’s. The whole team was fabulous day of! My younger sister was dealing with some medical issues in the lead up to the wedding and I only just now found out, Erin was scheming with my Mom and now husband on a game plan to still share her speech should she not be able to attend. This epitomizes Erin to a tee. She doesn’t do it for the credit or the accolades. She does it because she truly cares and wants to make your wedding day the best day of your life. So I cannot recommend Erin enough! If you want to enjoy the planning process, have a partner who prioritizes your goals, and someone who truly cares about you as people not just clients, then Erin is the planner for you!”

“We cannot say enough good things about Paris and his team. Paris did my cousin‘s wedding 15 years ago and saved the day when her previous DJ backed out. our family still talks about it to this day and that’s why we reached out to him from the start. He is very communicative and responsive. He gives a great set of pamphlets which he made to help you prepare for the big day. He gives a lot of great suggestions. he listens and prepare himself very well to show up for your big day. Paris did our ceremony music and reception music. He was a great emcee and informed the crowd when needed, and also just sounds great on the mic! He nailed it from beginning to end. All of my song requests were played during the ceremony and at the reception all of the perfect time! For me, DJ was a HUGE part of our day and can quite honestly make or break a wedding. I 100% recommend Paris!”
