Welcome! I'm Chef Sakinah. I have worked in the food and beverage industry professionally for over a decade and counting. Throughout my career, I've worked in various restaurants across New Jersey, New York City, Florida, North Carolina, and California. With this exposure, I've learned many different styles, cuisines, and techniques of cooking, and from many executive head chefs. Managing and handling all facets of the kitchen, is also my expertise. Graduating from one of the top Culinary Arts Schools in the United States, I earned my A.A.S Degree in Culinary Arts, and Serv Safe/State Food Safety Certificate.

I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine.
