My husband and I worked with Lisa to plan our wedding and welcome party luau over the course of 18 months and we can confidently say she is truly gifted and simply the best wedding planner Hawaii has to offer. She not only kept us organized from beginning to end, but was able to recommend all the best vendors, helped us steer clear of potential problems, and helped us weave in pieces of Hawaiian culture that made our wedding very special. Everyone on her team is professional, kind, caring, and calm. Any time I had stress or anxiety about anything, I always felt confident I could tell Lisa and she would find a solution. We had 100 guests plus 10 kids come to Kauai and even our guests raved about Lisa because she would connect with them when they landed in Hawaii and make sure they were comfortable, informed, and having a good time. Every time a guest would tell me something was awesome, I’d often give Lisa the credit for it because it was usually something that she made happen or suggested. We told her we wanted great food, drinks, florals, and photos so she made sure we worked with the best chef, florist, bar tenders, and photographers. She even helped us arrange on site childcare and all the kids left smiling! Lisa made wedding planning easy and now my husband and I can forever look back on our wedding as the most joyful day of our lives. We simply can’t thank her enough. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

I was happily planning my own wedding with the help of a friend, and it gradually dawned on me that I didn't want either of us running around with a clipboard directing the details and dealing with minor crises on my actual wedding day. So I found someone to be my "day-of" coordinator with just a month till the wedding. Then after 2 weeks, she canceled because of illness. We were really down to the last minute, and Pomai saved the day! She took the time to meet with my team of three (talking all at once) and immediately lifted our load by taking on all the tasks of decor and direction, and she brought three helpers for serving and cleanup on my wedding day, who were just as competent and friendly as she was, for a reasonable price. We worked with Amanda for our wedding in Fort Myers, FL, and from the very start she was kind, patient, and incredibly organized. Isabel and her team were amazing, they truly made the planning experience and wedding day so much more enjoyable and smooth. She just GETS IT, she understood our vision and was great at making suggestions and problem solving. When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

Kim calls herself an honorary bridesmaid but she is so much more. She is a florist, a seamstress, a miracle worker and a friend to everyone she meets. I had a vision for my wedding day and Kim executed it flawlessly. She not only made the day run smoothly, but set up all of my favors, stationery and even the bud vases she made exactly how I pictured it! We had some fashion emergencies and Kim literally saved the day by sowing on straps to make a dress that wouldn’t zip finally close. I cannot rave about Kim enough!! We got endless compliments about our day and it would have been impossible without her. Kim is worth every single penny and then some.
