Katie was our coordinator for our wedding on 5/17/25. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to make our day perfect. She pays attention to detail and really is passionate about what she does. Before the wedding, we scheduled a meeting with our DJ to go over song selection and Katie had already sent him all the songs we picked along with a timeline. His exact words “man yall have a great coordinator”. Something that’s super important to me is communication. Any questions that I had, she answered right away and checked on us every week before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Katie helped set up the rest of our decorations which I didn’t even expect her to do! She noticed our cake stand was wobbly and fixed it. She even stacked our cake and put cute decorations around it. We also did sparklers for the exit and she noticed the sparklers we got needed more than just a lighter. She brought a blow torch so they would light! I’m telling you- attention to detail is her strong suit! Thank you for being apart of our special day and all the hard work you did from set up to clean up! You are amazing!!

As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Her team knew what I needed before I ever even said anything. I cant recommend Combe & Co to enough people.

Flye Weddings LLC helped coordinate my wedding in January 2023, she was vital in getting it all planned and all pulled together. I am a mom of 5 and my husband has his own home renovations company so we didn't have alot of time to do alot of the busy work needed to plan even a beautiful backyard wedding that we wanted. It was beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned it she did wonderful in listening to what we wanted and bringing it to life for us. She helped find my dress and even small details down to my boutique and my traditions of my Scottish heritage of wearing a special coin in my shoe and even the peice in my hair to also helping me with my cake design. She handled a few of my “difficult” guests like a champ- she stayed calm and professional and didn’t let it ruin my day. She also helped me get a stain out of my dress, made sure I constantly had drinks in my hand, got my plate of food, took some nice photos/ videos on her phone, and just kept me staying sane. Her husband Joel was very sweet too - he did lots of the heavy lifting (literally) which was much appreciated. You will not regret hiring them for your day! She seriously helped make my wedding be the best day ever. I’m so glad I didn’t have to lift a finger and got to sit back and really enjoy my day.
