The estate was granted in 1683 and was a favored stopping ground for George Washington who enjoyed the parties thrown at this elegant and intimate property still nestled in natural woodlands and ag preserved lands.

Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings.
