“We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. “Working with the team at summit was absolutely wonderful! They were super organized and super helpful! I had some pretty specific things I wanted when it came to music and the reception and this team made it happen so flawlessly!! DJ did an amazing job. Food and drink service was wonderful. The whole team was so sweet and kind. The decor they have available is so pretty and it made it so much easier to not have to DIY everything. Arrival in the morning was smooth sailing they set up all the stuff we brought in as well as the stuff from their decor that we picked out. So many guests came up to me to tell me this was the smoothest run wedding they had ever been to! The views were amazing and overall experience was positive. I was in tears at the end of the night because I was so happy with how it turned out. My only complaints are 1) with the florist we got put with. I thought we were extremely clear on what colors the wedding was and what she created was way off. I tried to be happy about them but I just really wasn’t pleased, but I wasn’t about to let this dim the magic of the day. 2) having the rehearsal the morning of the wedding. It delayed us getting ready and that delayed the amount of time we had for pictures. I basically missed all the time for portraits for myself and my family photos were so rushed we didn’t have time to get what we wanted. It broke my heart when we got our wedding photos back it reminded me of how much we missed because the venue time was so short. 3) we felt rushed during portraits after the ceremony, then to find out we were 15 minutes ahead of schedule later on. It worked out on one hand because my dress bustle took a while but we missed out on many of the poses and second shooting location for my husband and I because of this. Again looking back at our photos I am sad to have missed this opportunity. 4)I do wish they would allow an extra hour for the reception, the dancing portion of the night was pretty short and it bums the guests out when last call is announced shortly after starting.”

“The Wheeler House was everything I was looking for in a wedding venue. I wanted to have as little stress as possible during wedding planning and on the day of the wedding, and they delivered. Ashley was the coordinator and helped answer every question we had very quickly. She also helped everything so smoothly on the day of. She even had appetizers and drinks ready for us as soon as we were done with the ceremony. Their wedding package included a lot of the big things (catering, DJ, cake, etc..) and they had great recommendations for other vendors. We had a large bridal party and there was plenty of room for us to get ready. I’m not exaggerating when I say we’ve had almost half of our guests tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to. Everyone was raving about the food and how beautiful everything was. I’m lucky to have had my wedding here and will always recommend them!”

While a few minor decor items were overlooked, the guests were none the wiser, and it was still a lovely evening from start to finish. “One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing this venue because of its truly all-inclusive experience. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, everything happened in one beautiful location. I was even able to get ready on-site with my bridesmaids and the hair and makeup team, which made the entire day feel relaxed and seamless. A huge part of that smooth experience was thanks to our incredible day-of coordinator, Leslie Boyd. She had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask and guided me through everything with such calm confidence. “One of the best decisions we made was choosing Primrose Cottage as our wedding venue! The property is absolutely stunning and has such a timeless, romantic feel. The outdoor space is especially gorgeous, with the string lights, beautiful fountain, and charming gardens! One of the biggest benefits of Primrose is that so much is included. Their all-inclusive approach made planning so much less stressful. The Design Studio handled all of our florals, linens, and decor elements, helping bring our vision to life, and having a built-in coordinator ensured everything ran seamlessly on the wedding day. Shoutout Kalah! We also loved having separate spaces for the ceremony in front of the house, cocktail hour in the back, and reception in the ballroom, which kept the evening flowing effortlessly for our guests. The venue is conveniently located in downtown Roswell, making it easy for guests to access while still feeling private and intimate. The windows in the reception space making you feel like you are in an extension of the outdoors! Most importantly, the Primrose team was incredible to work with and made us feel supported every step of the way.
