“We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. “The Wheeler House made my dream wedding come true! We just got married there this October and from the moment I finalized a date with them (which they book up QUICK) to the moment I walked down the aisle, they were 100% helpful, professional, friendly and on point! I worked mainly with Laiken throughout the process and then my day of coordinator, Emma, who was fantastic! I never knew how stressful planning a wedding would be, but it was worth every moment once the big day finally arrived. It was nice working with the preferred vendors that The Wheeler House uses, they all work together so well and it takes the stress out of planning. I live out of state so sadly I wasn't able to make it to one of their open houses, but every vendor I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. You will not be disappointed if you choose The Wheeler House for your wedding day, it is an absolutely beautiful venue. The outdoor space for the ceremony is elegant and so pretty. The barn is gorgeous inside with a huge chandelier and fireplace. It's so amazing to see everything bare bones and then how it completely transforms once all the flowers, decor, food, people and music make everything come alive. The actual Wheeler House itself is the perfect backdrop for all the pictures, which really ties it all in. Our families also stayed in the cottages just down the road from the venue and it was the perfect touch! The cottages were so beautiful inside. Its perfect for families or the wedding parties to sleep and get ready in. We were happy we stayed there, it came in handy that they were so close. All my guests had so much fun, I received so many compliments on how perfect everything was and that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been too! I couldn't be happier or more pleased with our experience!! “Stunning wedding venue that can meet so many of your needs. We booked Fall Line for our wedding and had a great experience. They have separate reception and ceremony space, and your booking comes with chairs for each space and all tables and linens. They also do the bar themselves since they are attached to the brewery the owners run which saves so much money on booking a bar. You cannot beat their price for a venue like this! The staff were professional and helpful throughout the process from inquiry to our actual event. They’re training quite a few new staff right now so we had to give them a few reminders - but that’s understandable. They still kept everything organized, and our wedding went off without a hitch. She stepped in during the final weeks after our original coordinator departed, and her professionalism and warmth made the transition seamless. Ciera was attentive to every detail, did what needed to be done, and ensured that we had nothing to worry about. She truly went above and beyond to make our day flawless! Additionally, the serving staff was equally phenomenal—friendly, accommodating, and always one step ahead. From the setup to the last toast, the Ashton Gardens team showed a level of attentiveness and care that exceeded our expectations. We had to purchase additional time to fit the entirety of our wedding timeline, but the team worked with us to make the process simple and hassle-free. “When my husband and I started looking for our wedding venue, we had pretty high expectations. We are full-time wedding photographers and most of the venues we have been to are pretty cookie cutter and not at all what we wanted for our own wedding. You’ve got your barns, ballrooms, and industrial chic venues and then you’ve got something completely different like New Holland. New Holland has character, charm, and a one-off nature that was exactly what we were looking for. We knew that when we decided to have our wedding after being married already for ten years, it had to be at New Holland. Sophie and Reagan made the experience booking and hosting our wedding effortless. Our entire wedding celebration was unconventional, and because of that, it required a whole lot of coordination with activities and food for our guests that typical weddings don’t necessitate. Sophie and Reagan handled everything the day of the wedding perfectly. It was like one big choreographed dance. I know that without them, our wedding would have been a huge, disorganized embarrassment, and we are so grateful they helped make our day run smoothly so that we could enjoy it.
