Easy Skillet Pot Pie by Michelle Williams

Skillet Chicken and Biscuits Pot Pie Recipe by Michelle Williams of @CoffeeandChampagne What you’ll need: Yellow Onion (1, chopped) Unsalted Butter (8 oz) Carrots (4 regularly sized, cut into 1/4 inch pieces) All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) Low Sodium Chicken Stock (32 oz) Heavy Cream (1/4 cup) Peas (15 oz can, drained) Rotisserie Chicken (1, pull all of the chicken off of the bone and rip into bite-sized chunks. In case it needs to be said, discard of the bones) Flat Leaf Parsley (1/4 cup, minced) Pre-Baked Biscuits (I used 1 Pillsbury container) Salt and pepper To make your pie filling: Over medium-low heat, melt your butter in your skillet. Add your onions and allow them to cook while stirring occasionally—about 10 minutes. Mix in your carrots, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes Mix in your flour until it is fully integrated. Add your chicken stock and over medium heat bring to a simmer. Custom Cocktail Recipes by Charles Joly You’ll Need: A Mixing Glass, Jigger, Bar Spoon, Julep Strainer, Coupe Cocktail Glass, and Ice Bucket with Ice Scoop. Prep: Pour prosecco into coupe cocktail glass. In the mixing glass, combine absinthe, sloe gin, lemon and simple syrus – stir with bar spoon to combine. Transfer mixture to the boston shaker and shake with ice. Strain slowly with the hawthorne strainer into the coupe glass containing the prosecco. Top the cocktail with a few dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters to finish. Garnish drink with a manicured twist (use the Crafthouse by Fortessa channel knife). Ingredients: 1 lb. Bag of Fresh Pizza Dough 1  Jar of Tomato Sauce 2 Medium Tomatoes 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup of Fresh Basil Optional: 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil Instructions: Preheat the oven to 450° Spread the pizza dough onto the OXO pizza pan Evenly distribute 1 1/2 – 2 cups of the tomato sauce out to the edges of the pizza dough, leaving a 1 inch border uncovered Thinly slice and add tomatoes, removing excess liquid and seeds Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and any other desired toppings Optional: Drizzle liberally with olive oil Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling Add as much or as little basil as you’d like Start your Dream Registry Here!

Quick & Easy Key Lime Pie
