Quick & Easy Key Lime Pie


5 Egg Yolks

1/2 Cup of Key Lime Juice

1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust Shell

1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Tbs. of Sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°
  2. In a medium size bowl, beat egg yolks at high speed with an OXO electric mixer until fluffy
  3. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix
  4. Lower the speed of the mixer and gradually and the lime juice to the mixture until completely combined
  5. Pour filling into unbaked graham cracker shell
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the filling has set
  7. Remove from oven and let the pie cool completely on a wire rack
  8. Place in refrigerator


  1. In a medium size bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and sugar with electric mixer until stiff peaks form


After pie has chilled,

  1. Arrange as much whipping cream on the pie as you would like, or cut pie into wedges and top off with dollops of whipped cream
  2. Garnish with lime slices to add a hint of color
