Yes! Elopements are some of our favorite films to create—intimate, emotional, and authentically you. We have packages starting with our Aloha Elopement coverage (2 hours, perfect for small ceremonies). Same storytelling approach, just scaled to your day.

Most couples book 8-12 months out, especially for peak season (May, July, October). That said, we've filmed weddings with 3 weeks' notice when the story felt right. If your date is open on our calendar and we're the right fit, we'll make it work.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and are covered for all Hawaii venues. We can provide certificates of insurance to your venue upon request—most require it, and we've got you covered.

Absolutely. Rain is part of Hawaii's magic, and we know how to work with it. We bring rain gear for our equipment, and honestly? Some of our most beautiful films have rain in them. We'll adjust our approach, find covered spots for key moments, and capture the story no matter what the weather does.

I (Joseph) personally oversee every edit, and our in-house editing team handles the post-production under my direction. We don't outsource. Your film gets the same storytelling care from start to finish—capture through final delivery.

We’re happy to offer a same-day edit for an additional fee. Traditional same-day edits (the 3-5 minute highlight reel shown at the reception). Our focus is on crafting your full cinematic film with the care and attention it deserves. That said, if you want a teaser or short highlight within a week for social media, we can discuss rush delivery options.

No, we’ll send a private link to share your final wedding video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. Your film is private by default. We'll only share clips or stills publicly (on our website, social media, or portfolio) if you give us explicit permission. Many couples love sharing their story to inspire others, but it's 100% your choice.

Most wedding packages include at least two videographers. If you’re having a larger wedding with 50 or more guests, For most weddings (50+ guests, 6+ hours), we recommend 2 videographers. This gives us multiple angles during key moments (vows, first dance, toasts) and ensures we're capturing candid reactions while one of us is filming the main action. For elopements or intimate gatherings under 20 people, 1 videographer is usually perfect. We'll recommend what makes sense for your day during our consultation.

No. Raw footage is ungraded, unedited, and doesn't represent our work. What we deliver is your complete cinematic film—professionally edited, color graded, and mixed. That's the version you'll want to watch for the rest of your life. If you want specific moments we didn't include in the final edit, we can discuss that during post-production.

Full wedding films typically run 60-90 minutes for a full-day wedding, covering ceremony, speeches, first dance, and key moments. We also deliver a 5-8 minute highlight film for easy sharing. We don't artificially pad or cut—the length reflects your actual day, edited down to the moments that matter.

Absolutely. We'll collaborate on the soundtrack during post-production. We typically suggest 2-3 tracks that match the vibe of your day, and you can approve or request changes. Music is huge for storytelling, so we want you to love it.

We have backup videographers on contract for emergencies. If I (Joseph) personally can't be there due to illness or emergency, you'll get a lead cinematographer from our trusted network who matches our style and approach. This has never happened, but you're covered if it does.

Yes, drone footage is included in our Timeless Treasure and Legacy Collection packages, and available as an add-on for smaller packages. I'm FAA Part 107 certified, and we always check with your venue for clearance. Some venues don't allow drones—we'll handle that coordination.

We've filmed hundreds of weddings, so we've seen it all—divorced parents, family tensions, estranged relatives. Let us know ahead of time, and we'll adjust our approach. We're documentarians, not journalists—we capture the love and skip the drama unless you specifically want us to document something.

We love multi-day storytelling. Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and day-after sessions give us more time to capture your story without the time pressure of the wedding day.
