About FILM R VISION

FILM R VISION

Founder & Lead Videographer

Hi, I’m Ruben, the founder of FILM R VISION. As a passionate wedding filmmaker, I’m dedicated to capturing the heart and emotion of each couple’s special day. My goal is to create a cinematic, timeless film that lets you relive those precious moments for years to come. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such meaningful celebrations and to document the love stories that unfold before me.

At FILM R VISION, we go beyond simply documenting your wedding day—we create a cinematic experience that reflects your personality and love story. Our approach combines creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling to deliver a film that’s as unique as your relationship. We pride ourselves on capturing the moments you didn’t even know you’d treasure—the laughter, stolen glances, and heartfelt emotions that make your day unforgettable. By blending artistic vision with technical expertise, we ensure your wedding film feels timeless, genuine, and entirely you.

We offer a couple base packages that cover the essentials of your wedding day. In addition, we have a dozen add-ons available, allowing you to customize your package to fit your vision perfectly. Contact us for full details and pricing!
When it comes to music for your wedding film, we personally select songs from a large library of high-quality, legally licensed music that we have access to. This ensures the film flows seamlessly and tells your story in the most cinematic way possible while avoiding any licensing issues with popular songs, as well as the expensive fees required to legally use them. However, we still want to make sure the music reflects you. In the post-booking questionnaire we share, we ask for three songs that describe your relationship’s vibe—this helps me better understand your style and tailor the wedding film to you!
To officially secure your date on our calendar, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required up front, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. This ensures everything is finalized well in advance of your big day.
The price listed for the Base Package reflects our 'travel market' rates, which account for travel and other related costs. This is considered a "starting at" price, as travel costs may vary depending on the location. For weddings within or near our 'home markets', we offer a discounted rate, so the pricing may be lower than what’s listed for 'travel market' locations. Reach out for a personalized quote based on your location and specific needs.
