Bloom and Ivy Coordinating is a part of our bigger company, Bloom and Ivy Weddings. The company began four years ago offering beautiful flowers and rental items and grew into a full-service wedding business offering coordinating and event planning, flower preservation, stationery, etc. Jill and Lynleigh are our dynamic duo when it comes to planning and coordinating weddings. They each have numerous weddings under their belt and are truly talented in the areas of organization, design, and communication. The best part about these two? Their enthusiasm and friendliness are contagious - and your day will be spectacular!

Bloom and Ivy is different from other wedding companies as we have structured our business in such a way that customer service is our top priority. We know how expensive and stressful weddings can be, so we work hard to give you great service for your money. Beyond that, we will offer exceptional communication and planning services every step of the way. We love what we do !

Description

Our Partial Planning Package gives you access to one full-time planner and one assistant, both of whom will make your wedding day a success. This package begins anywhere up to 6 months in advance and helps you manage the final details of the wedding including communication with vendors, walk-throughs, timeline creation, floor plans, etc.

The Full Event Package will take you from the very beginning of the planning process right up until we coordinate the day of your wedding!

Day of Coordination (truly Month of Coordinating) begins roughly one month before the wedding! This is the final push before the big day and your coordinators are there to create the timeline, talk with vendors, and take the last-minute to-do's off your list!

    I cannot recommend Jill and Lynleigh enough! They coordinated my daughter’s wedding, and everything went off without a hitch! They were so easy to work with, communicated clearly, and created a timeline for the day of which kept everything flowing well. As the mother of the bride, I was able to enjoy the day and be “present” instead of worrying about all the details. I am so grateful for their part in such a beautiful day! We could not have done it without them and Bloom and Ivy!

    We highly recommend Bloom and Ivy! Our daughter utilized Bloom & Ivy’s wedding coordination services. Communication for both the floral and wedding coordination was great. They kept us updated and informed. The coordinator was so helpful, knowledgeable, organized and kind. From planning the timing of the arrival of all the vendors, everything set up perfectly, everyone in place and ready, to even the tiniest details of having the flower girls’ bows tied perfectly and wreaths on straight, our wedding was absolutely perfect! We are so thankful and will definitely recommend Bloom & Ivy to all our friends and family!
