    For parking, you’ll have access to a gravel lot located just off the Event Lawn, which can hold up to 350 vehicles.
    Event insurance is required and typically costs around $110 for one-day coverage. We’re happy to share recommended provider.
    Alcohol: BYOB is not permitted. Alcohol service requires a licensed bartender and a security guard.
    Events must conclude by 10:00 PM (music and activities by 9:30 PM) due to city and county regulations.
    Renter is responsible for all setup, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and sound. We’re happy to provide a list of trusted vendors.
    Outside licensed caterers are welcome, as we do not offer on-site catering at this time. However, Sidestreet Inn will be opening on-site soon and may provide catering options. Please note that all vendors must carry appropriate insurance and be approved prior to the event.
    Wai Kai is committed to sustainable practices, especially given our proximity to the water. All events must follow these standards: No single-use plastics (e.g., water bottles) Compostable serveware only (no Styrofoam, wax, or plastic) Minimal waste and single-use decorations No balloons, streamers, or confetti All food vendors must comply 🌿 For more information: Sustainable Events at Wai Kai
