About this venue
Ready to say "I DO' with an OCEAN VIEW? Ka La'i Aloha offers a beautiful outdoor garden for your intimate ceremony and reception. Located on the southeast shore of Oahu just minutes from Waikiki and Hanauma Bay. The well-tended, often blooming gardens offer an inviting entrance into our private grounds. Inside the home you'll find original hardwood flooring, French doors, stained glass windows, and beautiful details in the crown moldings and finishes. Outside a wonderland of pristine gardens with a flowing fountain, greenery, winding paths, and breathtaking ocean views. Our outdoor ceremony and reception space accommodates up to 50 guests. Indoor seated receptions accommodate 24. Our in-house event coordinator is included in all our packages.

Where the Pacific Meets Your Vows
This expansive, perfectly manicured emerald lawn is the estate's crown jewel. Directly bordering the water, it offers unobstructed panoramic views of the bay and the horizon. It is a flexible outdoor space perfect for sunset ceremonies and open-air tented receptions, allowing guests to enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the rhythmic sounds of the tide.

A charming indoor space with a rustic feel, suitable for bridal preparations, photography, and intimate dinners.
The interior of the estate offers a refined, high-end residential feel with modern touches. Featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide views of the gardens, this area is perfect for intimate indoor receptions, luxury getting-ready suites, or a sophisticated "Plan B" lounge that maintains an elegant, airy vibe.

Perfect Wedding During Covid
Our wedding was held in the midst of Covid. Wedding planning is not easy and Covid made it that much more difficult. Every week there were new laws on traveling and party sizes. Despite the challenges, the team at Ka La'i Aloha Estate made our wedding perfect. Valerie from Ka La'i was amazing. Her attention to detail was perfection. Thanks to the team and Valerie, I had the most peaceful and calming wedding day! My family and guests loved the private feel of the Estate. Husband and I loved that everything was done in one location. Our ceremony was held outside underneath the tree and reception was a family style dinner inside. The beautiful tree outside provided amazing shade during the day and at night it felt magical dancing under the twinkling lights attached to the tree's branches. Even after many years we look back on our wedding day with so much joy. There is nothing I would have changed. It was perfect. Thank you Valerie and the team at Ka La'i Aloha Estate.

If you're dreaming of a wedding that feels like pure magic, Ka La'i Aloha Estate is the place!! Our wedding here was an absolute dream come true. The waterfront ambiance created such a serene and romantic backdrop, especially as the sun set and everything began to glow. Ka La'i Aloha is perfectly and conveniently located in Hawaii Kai, yet it felt like our very own private piece of heaven. Every detail, from the lush surroundings, to the sprawling, majestic tree that feels like the heart of the estate, to Val and her incredible team, made our day feel effortless and so special. She genuinely cared about making our wedding day as memorable as possible and went above and beyond. I truly cannot recommend this venue enough; It's the perfect canvas for a truly unforgettable celebration!!

Ka La’i Aloha Estate is an amazing location to have your intimate events at. The staff and everyone on site is so friendly and helpful with anything you may need! Location is so easy for guest and for vendors to park and unload. What more could you ask for in a venue? The space amazing! The backyard stunning! The people kind! They have everything here!
