About this venue

Loulu Palm began as a seed...a twinkling idea, a dream in our hearts. Since 2007, that magic seed has blossomed into Loulu Palm Farm. A place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They're at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted in the original dream.

    The most magical place and experience!

    Loulu Palm is truly the most incredible wedding venue — the closest thing to heaven on earth. From the moment we booked through our wedding day, Nickie and team were unbelievably kind, helpful, and supportive. We genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place! Nearly every vendor we used came from Loulu’s preferred vendor list, and every one was absolutely exceptional. It made the planning process feel so straightforward knowing we were working with such trusted, talented people. We also worked with Loulu Palm’s in-house coordinator, Ashley Fennell, who is truly the best in the business. Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. She made everything flow so smoothly, kept the day organized and stress-free, and somehow made planning fun along the way! We are endlessly grateful to Loulu Palm for giving us the wedding of our dreams. It was even more beautiful and magical than we could have imagined, and we will cherish the memories forever.

    We cannot recommend Ashley Fennell highly enough! From the moment we started working with her, she brought professionalism, organization, and a calm, reassuring presence to our wedding planning process. Our wedding at Loulu Farm was everything we dreamed it would be, and Ashley played a huge role in making that happen. On the day of the wedding, Ashley handled every detail seamlessly. She kept everything on schedule, and ensured that every aspect of the day ran smoothly so that we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. Thanks to Ashley, our wedding day was beautiful, stress-free, and absolutely perfect. Everything went off without a hitch, and we received so many compliments from our family and friends about how smoothly the event flowed.     Loulu Palm Farms was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding day and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking natural beauty that made the entire setting feel magical and unforgettable. It provided the perfect backdrop for such a special moment in our lives. A huge part of what made our experience so seamless and enjoyable was our point of contact, Nickie Coleman. She was incredibly sweet, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No question was too small, and she made sure everything came together perfectly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue paired with exceptional support, Loulu Palm Farms is an amazing choice. We are so grateful for the experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

    Highly Recommend

    We held our wedding at Loulu Palm Farms on February 20, 2026. We had 50 total guests joining us from Vancouver, Canada and Australia. With all of the planning taking place within a 6-month timeframe, we truly couldn't have pulled it off without the amazing help of our Coordinator, Ashley Fennell, and Nickie Coleman at Loulu Palm Farms. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever attended. We can't recommend Loulu Palms enough to host your wedding. Even in the rain, the venue is stunning and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, other than enjoying the special experience.

Yes, our welcome suite has two dressing rooms and is limited to 15 total (*immediate wedding party), our farm yurt can also be rented as getting ready space ( for an additional 15)
No, but the Ritz Carton at Turtle Bay is 8 minutes away and the Marriot Laie is about 20 minutes away, Waikiki is about an hour and 15 minutes from our location.
