About this venue
Loulu Palm began as a seed...a twinkling idea, a dream in our hearts. Since 2007, that magic seed has blossomed into Loulu Palm Farm. A place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They're at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted in the original dream.

Breathtaking Venue
Loulu Palm Farm Estate was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place for our wedding. I had only done a virtual tour beforehand, and while it looked beautiful online, it is even better in person—truly stunning and it did not disappoint at all. The vendor list provided by the venue is excellent, and I’ve been getting amazing feedback from our guests, as well as from people who have only seen our videos and photos. Everyone keeps saying how gorgeous the location is. Adding Ashley as our wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made. She is a must. Ashley helped me so much throughout the planning process, always answering questions and guiding us every step of the way. On the wedding day, when our baker completely forgot to make our wedding cake, Ashley immediately stepped in, coordinated a replacement cake, secured us a full refund, and truly advocated for us. She even encouraged the baker to send an apology gift—we ended up finding a treat box waiting for us at our hotel after the wedding. Ashley went above and beyond, and her support made all the difference. Loulu Palm Farm Estate is a gorgeous venue, and with the right coordinator, it becomes an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
The dream venue with the dream team!
We are so grateful for everything Ashley and Nickie did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! From the very first conversation with our day-of coordinator, Ashley, we hit it off! It felt like talking to a friend we had known for years. As first-time wedding planners relying heavily on Google, we were nervous about the process, but Ashley guided us through everything, answered all our questions, and made time for us whenever we needed. On the day itself, she made everything run flawlessly, handled every detail behind the scenes, and even came prepared with a Tide pen when I had a stain on my dress! Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease, and it honestly felt like she was part of our family. Loulu Palms was the venue of our dreams, with breathtaking ocean views, lush greenery, and a serene, romantic atmosphere that created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Nickie, our venue contact, was wonderful to work with—kind, accommodating, and so attentive to every detail. Everything came together seamlessly, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the space was! We couldn’t imagine a more beautiful venue or a more caring, capable coordinator to bring our wedding vision to life. Ashley and Nickie truly made our day magical, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
Dream Wedding !
Our wedding at Loulu Palm was an absolute dream come true. The venue is breathtaking — intimate, peaceful, and perfectly set right by the beach. It gave us the magical, tropical atmosphere we always wanted. Nickie was a joy to work with. She was super helpful throughout the planning process, especially when it came to coordinating all of our rentals and paperwork. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made a huge difference, and we always felt supported. Ashley, our full wedding planner, was a total lifesaver. As very Type B people who hate planning, we were dreading the process — but Ashley made it easy, organized, and even fun. She kept us on track with monthly and weekly check-ins and handled every detail with care. She created a detailed timeline and made sure everything was lined up perfectly — and we never once felt overwhelmed. She went above and beyond to make sure we had our vision come to life. The day of the wedding was seamless — everything ran smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without stress. Ashley took care of everything behind the scenes, and it showed. Hire her! We’re beyond grateful for Ashley, Nickie, and the entire team at Loulu Palm. Thank you for giving us the perfect wedding!
Dream come true and above and beyond!
Because of Loulu Palm Farms, Nickie and Ashley I able to plan and my husband and I were able to host and give our daughter her dream wedding. The day was even more magical then any of us could have imagined! The day would not have been possible without the beauty of Loulu Palm Farms , Nickie and Ashley. Their patience and guidance were invaluable in planning every step of the way, all while I was here in Michigan and the bride in Australia. Both Nickie and Ashley bring a calming presence (which as the mother of the bride I always needed) making the planning and the day of the wedding perfect and fun! They were always quick to get back with me on every little question big or small or any changes. From the very moment we started working together both myself and my daughter felt they genuinely cared about making everything perfect! Ashley went above and beyond on several occasions. The day before the wedding she saved the groom because of some cufflinks missing! On the day of the wedding my daughters bustle did not hold up and she was right there with safety pins, calmly and expertly fixing it without missing a beat. As a matter of fact, I did not know until after the fact that this even happened. Throughout the entire wedding I was able to have an amazing time as well as my daughter because we knew Ashley had everything handled! More guests than I can count kept coming up to my husband and I and the bride and groom telling us again and again that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever attended!
