Loulu Palm began as a seed...a twinkling idea, a dream in our hearts. Since 2007, that magic seed has blossomed into Loulu Palm Farm. A place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They're at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted in the original dream.

    Loulu Palm Venue

    Loulu Palm is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. It’s intimate and has an authentic Hawaii feel without the atmosphere of a traditional hotel or resort wedding. The oceanfront location, open lawn and North Shore scenery create an incredible backdrop for photos. Our guests absolutely loved the property and were blown away by how beautiful it was. One of the best things about Loulu Palm is how customizable the space is. There are so many options for arranging the different areas depending on the look and flow you want for your wedding. They also have a large selection of furniture and decorations to choose from, which makes it easy to personalize the space and bring your vision to life. Our day-of-coordinator Ashley was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. It was so nice having someone there who knew the venue and could keep everything on track. The entire property has such an upscale, tropical feel and is even more beautiful in person. Loulu Palm is a truly special place and an amazing choice for anyone looking for an oceanfront wedding on Oahu.

    The most beautiful venue!! 10/10

    We seriously had the BEST experience with Loulu Palm! The venue itself is an absolute dream, but the people truly made our experience even more amazing. Ashley Fennell was seriously the best coordinator we could have asked for!! She was always so helpful, super easy to work with, friendly, and just so much fun to be around. She made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and was such a joy to have there on our wedding day. Our friends and family absolutely LOVED her energy too! We truly cannot say enough good things about her. If you choose Loulu Palm, definitely hire Ashley as your coordinator, you will not regret it!! Nickie was also so amazing to work with! She was always super accommodating and so quick to respond to any questions I had over email throughout the planning process. Everyone at Loulu made everything feel so easy! We had a small, intimate wedding and used the lanai space for our reception, and it was absolutely perfect for us. One of the things we loved most about Loulu was how private and secluded the entire venue felt. Also, having the ocean right there with the most breathtaking views was something we’ll never forget. Our wedding day was truly everything we could have hoped for, and we are SO happy we chose Loulu Palm. Our friends and family loved it just as much as we did. We would choose this venue and this team over and over again!

    Aloha Spirit

    Let me start by saying that although we had to change venues due to logistical challenges and the cost of getting our guests to the north side of Oahu, we still decided to use Loulu Palm for their guest coordination services—and we're so glad we did. From our very first Zoom meeting with Ashley, we immediately felt at ease during what was an exciting but incredibly stressful time as we began planning our wedding. Ashley, Nickie, and the entire Loulu Palm team truly embody the Aloha spirit, and we can't thank them enough for being such an important part of our special day. Throughout the planning process, they were always responsive, attentive, and supportive. They walked us through every step, kept us calm and focused, and even helped us through a few panic moments—especially since our wedding was scheduled around the time of the Oahu Kona storms. Having a team that remained positive, organized, and reassuring made all the difference. Another huge benefit of working with Loulu Palm was their strong relationships with vendors across the island. Knowing that many of our vendors had worked together before gave us tremendous peace of mind and confidence that everything would be coordinated seamlessly. I cannot recommend Ashley, Nickie, and the entire Loulu Palm team highly enough.     The most magical place and experience!

    Loulu Palm is truly the most incredible wedding venue — the closest thing to heaven on earth. From the moment we booked through our wedding day, Nickie and team were unbelievably kind, helpful, and supportive. We genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place! Nearly every vendor we used came from Loulu’s preferred vendor list, and every one was absolutely exceptional. It made the planning process feel so straightforward knowing we were working with such trusted, talented people. We also worked with Loulu Palm’s in-house coordinator, Ashley Fennell, who is truly the best in the business. Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. She made everything flow so smoothly, kept the day organized and stress-free, and somehow made planning fun along the way!     We cannot recommend Ashley Fennell highly enough! From the moment we started working with her, she brought professionalism, organization, and a calm, reassuring presence to our wedding planning process. Our wedding at Loulu Farm was everything we dreamed it would be, and Ashley played a huge role in making that happen. On the day of the wedding, Ashley handled every detail seamlessly. She kept everything on schedule, and ensured that every aspect of the day ran smoothly so that we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs gave us complete confidence that everything was under control.
