About this venue
Located on the North Shore of Oahu, Sunset Ranch is one the most exclusive private estates in Hawaii. The 30-acre property has panoramic ocean and mountain views of the entire northwest side of the island, and is home to six event venues, avocado and lychee orchards, an aquaculture site, two apiaries, a butterfly house, botanical gardens, and a family of horses. Our team understands that every couple has a vision for their special day. With this in mind, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to design and create an event tailored just for you. Our package offerings include what we have identified as the 'ten core elements' to hosting a successful event at Sunset Ranch. Our package offerings are flexible: (1) we finalize invoicing to your head count, (2) we customize packages to your vision and budget, and (3) we provide full category credits. Charlie's Pond
Reception favorite!
Charlie's Pond is our outdoor reception venue with a tranquil waterfall and stream that leads to our fountain and pond. This space offers a white sailcloth tent and overlooks the ocean.

Sunset Stables
Our indoor reception venue!
Sunset Stables is our indoor venue at Sunset Ranch and provides approximately 9600 square feet of space. It has large barn doors on both ends, white walls, and three large crystal chandeliers. The venue is easily partitioned with elegant drapery to accommodate a variety of event sizes and set-ups. Coming in Q1 2026, Sunset Stables will have newly installed hardwood flooring throughout.

Sunset Vista
Cocktail hour favorite!
Sunset Vista has spectacular ocean and mountain views of the entire northwest side of the island. The Vista overlooks our lower pasture and is one of the better venues for sunsets. The venue is also in close proximity to Charlie’s Pond. We host many ceremonies, cocktail set-ups and stations for our farm-to-table experiences in Sunset Vista.

Sunset Meadow
Our largest outdoor venue!
Sunset Meadow is our largest venue at nearly five acres and is home to our world-famous eucalyptus tree. The Meadow offers sweeping ocean and mountain views across the entire northwest side of the island. This versatile space hosts wedding ceremonies, lawn games, pony rides, and a variety of other activities. Most recently, we’ve added a newly planted lychee orchard with 104 trees, bringing even more beauty and abundance to the setting.

Courtyard Chapel

Exceeded our expectations in every way possible
This venue and this team (especially Jonah 3) made all of our wedding dreams come true - beyond what we even could have imagined. Not only does this space contain the most incredible energy, but the team at Sunset Ranch transformed the space into a North Shore, jungle, disco dream. The florals, the food, the music, the incredible venue, and the most seamless, stressless planning...I would recommend this location and team 10x over. Every single one of our guests said that it was the most magical, fun, gorgeous wedding they've been to - and that is such a testament to Jonah and her team at Sunset Ranch. We will be reliving the day for many months to come. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of our hearts.

Our amazing wedding at Sunset Ranch
I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are that we chose Sunset Ranch as our wedding venue. We had our wedding this past weekend, and everything that was promised to us from the very start was not only fulfilled but exceeded our expectations. We were exceptionally lucky to have our coordinator, Ronda, who was the best person to work with throughout the entire process. Since we live all the way on the East Coast, having someone like Ronda assist us through every step of the planning process really put us at ease. The more we worked with her, the more we began to feel at ease that everything would turn out perfectly. She guided us tremendously and answered all of our questions in a timely and communicative manner. We truly felt blessed to have her. And of course, the day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to the entire Sunset Ranch staff. All of their coordinators were on top of their responsibilities, and everything ran seamlessly. Our family and friends had a wonderful time, and as a cherry on top, the venue was so beautifully decorated—it’s something my wife and I will never forget. Thank you, Sunset Ranch!

The most AMAZING venue!!
Our wedding at Sunset Ranch was absolutely amazing! We booked site unseen without tasting anything and everything just blew us away on the wedding day. The venue is stunning, ALL of the vendors are amazing, so attentive, they work so hard, and everything was beautiful. We had Alia as our coordinator and she was amazing. She made our planning process so incredibly easy and fun, she handled everything, and every detail was perfect. Half of our family traveled from Australia and half traveled from the U.S. and everyone raved about how amazing the wedding was and how well it was put together. We cannot relive the day through our photos when we get them and we could not recommend Sunset Ranch enough not just for the beauty but also the amazing team of vendors. We are so grateful!!

What a magical day!
We are so happy that we picked Sunset Ranch for our big day! We’re based in Seattle so we needed someone who could help us plan remotely. Ronda was absolutely amazing, she was able to guide us through every detail of wedding planning and built our confidence in party planning along the way. She made planning a destination wedding feel effortless. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, the perfect blend of Hawaii’s tropical beauty and wedding-esque grandeur. Our family and friends from both Hawaii and mainland were impressed. It was a little pricier than other places we were looking at but ultimately worth the price. On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Ronda and her team kept everything running perfectly and if there were any issues they handled them behind the scenes because we never knew they existed. We were able to be fully present and just enjoy every moment of the best day of our lives.

Beautiful venue & service team
Sunset Ranch Hawaii was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was fast, organized, clear, and they were on top of every detail. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding - the grounds were lush, abundant, and absolutely beautiful. Their attentive service team made sure we were taken care of, serving us food and saving us dessert, and they were patient in keeping us on schedule with our packed timeline. They executed the ceremony, coordinated the chocolate, set up of the games and reception sign and bangles and seating chart flawlessly.
