    The venue itself is really cute and charming. It has nice little villas on the property and the colors of the property are whimsical. However, logistically, it is not a good place for a wedding. This area in town has a strict noise ordinance and does not allow sound above 55 db. You can't play music here which isn't ideal for a wedding, otherwise the cops may get alerted and end the party. Theres also a 6 car maximum at all times for vendors to park which means your guests need to find their own way there. Due to the remote-ness of this location, getting an uber isn't easy. Some guests had to wait 2 hours for their uber to arrive. Lastly, the owner is not helpful or easy to work with. We wanted to decorate the wooden frames for the ceremony with drapery, but he kept ignoring our emails regarding the dimensions of the frames. When he finally replied, he said "I don't know". Another example of him being difficult is when we were booking the venue, apparently, there is a section to select however many guests will attend the wedding. He is charging based on projected guest count. That section was in the add-ons and was not seen when I checked out. He never informed me of this even when I told him this was for a wedding. On my wedding day, he calls angrily to tell me I didn't add on the guest count. We apologized and said we didn't know, its not written anywhere on his website. He says he doesn't care and will call the cops to shut it down. We are shocked because we have been compliant with all his rules. He charges us a 1k late fee on top of a 2k guest count fee. He stressed us out and was super rude during this exchange. He handled it really poorly during a milestone in someone's life that will be forever a sore memory. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't choose this venue simply because working with him made the wedding more stressful when it should be a beautiful and joyful day.
