About this venue

Three Ducks is a boutique hotel and event venue in the heart of Westhampton Beach, NY, approximately 90 minutes from New York City. With just 12 guest rooms and a beautifully designed indoor-outdoor barn, the property is intentionally intimate, designed for couples who want their wedding to feel personal, unhurried, and deeply connected to place. The centerpiece of the property is The Barn — a striking space with vaulted ceilings, warm wood interiors, built-in speakers, and bifold doors that open directly onto a garden patio. Beyond the barn, the property features wildflower meadows, private gardens, and a wood-burning fire pit that makes evenings on the East End feel exactly as they should. Each room opens onto a private garden and is finished with Flamingo Estate bath amenities and natural materials throughout. We host a limited number of weddings each year. Every gathering begins with a conversation.

Our peak season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (late May through early September), as well as select fall weekends in September and October.
Our off-peak season runs from November through April, as well as select winter and early spring weekdays. Three Ducks is a year-round property and we love hosting intimate winter and spring weddings.
Yes — we do not require in-house beverage vendors. Couples are welcome to work with their own caterers and bar service teams. We are happy to share a list of trusted local partners who know the property well.
Yes — complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests and vendors in our gravel lot on the property.

Our events are hosted as full property buyouts rather than standalone venue rentals. The starting fee includes exclusive use of The Barn, the gardens, the lawn, the meadow, and the fire pit. Twelve guest rooms are available for overnight buyout. A custom proposal will be prepared based on your dates, group size, and vision.
Our standard event window is up to five hours, typically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Vendor access begins at 10:00 AM and breakdown must be completed by 11:30 PM. Multi-day wedding weekends are also available.
Three Ducks is located approximately 90 minutes from New York City. The nearest airports are John F. Kennedy International (JFK) and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) in Ronkonkoma. Car service and helicopter transfers are also available for out-of-town guests. The Westhampton station on the Long Island Rail Road is a short drive from the property, with direct service from Penn Station.
We recommend that couples obtain wedding liability insurance for their event. We are happy to provide guidance on coverage requirements when preparing your custom proposal.
