Welcome to the heart of the Main Lodge. Serving as a gorgeous centerpiece for celebrations and large gatherings, this charming indoor space features expansive windows, rustic warmth, and exquisite wooden finishes. Filled with abundant natural light, it provides an intimate yet airy atmosphere where guests can dine, network, or celebrate while enjoying panoramic views of the tranquil waterfront property and surrounding nature.

Located on the first floor of the Main Lodge, this space seamlessly combines modern design with rustic charm. Flooded with natural light, it features high ceilings and contemporary light fixtures. The attached backside patio extends the space outdoors with comfortable furniture, offering a relaxing environment with picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.

Centrally positioned within the athletic fields, this private covered pavilion features a solid paved ground that ensures a level, professional event setting. It offers scenic charm paired with weather protection, utilizing elegant French window sides that can be closed in case of inclement weather without sacrificing the view.

Tucked away in a tranquil setting, this outdoor area features a beautifully manicured lawn framed by vibrant, lush greenery. Outfitted with an elegant white lattice arbor, it offers a picture-perfect, natural backdrop specifically designed to hold outdoor ceremonies and give guests a refreshing, open-air space to enjoy the natural surroundings.

The Reservoir Room is a versatile meeting space located in the Inn. The neutral color palette adorned with warm wood accents fosters a calm and inviting environment. For added flexibility, this expansive space can be easily divided into two separate rooms, known as Reservoir Rooms A and B, allowing you to tailor the environment to your specific needs. In addition, this room boasts an attached patio, perfect for breaks and casual discussions in the fresh air.

This open, brick-paved patio sits right at the front of the lodge, adjacent to the main dining room. It offers a cozy, fresh-air layout designed specifically to provide a beautifully close, intimate setting for smaller wedding cocktail hours, late-night snacks, or relaxed conversations under the stars.

Located just off the dining room is a charming hardscape deck, beckoning guests to step outside and immerse themselves in the fresh air and open space. The deck is accessible from the dining room, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space. The multiple fire tables add a touch of warmth and sophistication to the outdoor area.

The Inn offers both a deck off the main lobby as well as the terrace along the backside of the inn. Both spaces feature views of the serene woods of Ashland State Park. The Lobby Deck, set with several round tables and surrounded by string lights, is a great spot for breakout groups, small lunches, and evening conversations. The Terrace, located on the backside of the Inn features a wooden deck overlooking a beautiful, curved brick patio with access to the waterfront. This area can accommodate groups of up to 150 guests (weather permitting) for a delightful cocktail reception.
