About this venue

Serendipity is an urban edgy open pole venue in a garden setting. Sitting on over 2 acres, we would love to host your next private event. Weddings, Birthdays, Quinces, Mitzvahs, Networking and Corporate Events. All of our event packages are a la carte; you may work within your budget. On site: tables, chairs, linens, PA gear, lighting, licensed to serve bartender, coordination and DJs. You bring your food, drinks, dinnerware and decor. We have a preferred vendor list if you would like recommendations for the following: 360 Photobooth, Stand Alone Photobooth, Photography/Videography, Hora Loca and Catering. Rates start as low as $1700.

    The Serendipity Space was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was efficient, friendly and quick, which made everything run smoothly. The venue itself was beautiful and guest-friendly, providing lovely accommodations for our loved ones. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. We are so grateful to the team at The Serendipity Space for making our wedding dreams come true.


Yes. You do need to bring all alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishments, cups, napkins etc
Yes. You pay an insurance fee and we will get the insurance specifically for your event.
Yes, your rental will includes tables, chairs and linens.
Yes. Up to 15 people. Up to 3 hours. Includes tables and chairs for up to 15 guests, Wedding Arch, mini bouquet, Officiant, speaker for your bluetooth connection. $1200
Yes. In order for us to set up, break down and coordinate your timeline it will be an additional $1200. Our prices listed are for DIY.
Yes. You may bring your own food from either a caterer or your own. We can refer you to a few caterers if needed. There are no cooking facilities on site. No crock pots or cooking of food is permitted. There is a microwave on site. You are responsible for bringing all food related items. This includes silverware, napkins, plates etc. We are not responsible for food distribution or food clean up.
