Yes, taxes will be added to all charges at The Grand Hall. However, we do not charge an additional service fee to your rental.
The Grand Hall does require every Wedding to hire a licensed and insured Wedding Coordinator and must be independent from your family or close friends. The Wedding Coordinator must be hired from our Preferred List. Please see our Event Lead vs. Wedding Coordinator form and list of recommended Wedding Coordinators for more information.
Yes, we do require at least one KCPD off-duty officer at every event. The Grand Hall will book this officer on your behalf. This cost is included in your contract, please see the pricing list for more details. Outside security is not allowed.
Venue rental includes 5 hours of event time. For Weddings, if you add a Ceremony to your Reception Rental, you will be given an additional hour of event time for a total of 6 hours. You may add on as many additional hours as you would like as long as the event ends no later than midnight. Please see the pricing list for more details.
The Grand Hall has two luxurious suites perfect for getting ready! Venue rental includes 10:00am access to the wedding party on the day of your event. Need some extra time? We offer entry as early as 8:00 AM! Please see the pricing list for more details.
