***Our prices are for the WHOLE property for the FULL weekend, including all lodging.*** The Charmadillo is a laid-back Texas Hill Country wedding venue on 44 private acres, perfect for couples who want a meaningful, outdoorsy celebration without the pressure of a traditional venue. With full weekend access and on-site lodging, your people can stay together, settle in, and celebrate at their own pace. Choose from oak-covered ceremony sites, open meadows, or the yoga deck. Cozy cabins, a vintage RV, tent camping, and wellness amenities like a sauna and stock tank pools make it easy to create a personalized, down-to-earth wedding experience. ~We deeply believe that couples looking to have a beautiful and intentional wedding don't need to have deep pockets to deserve the best~

Amazing space vibes perfect for nature lovers
The Charmadillo was the perfect venue for me! I wanted a space surrounded by nature that would provide an authentic and unique Hill Country experience for my guests, which of course included lots of live music. The stage sits under the most beautiful oak trees which provided a perfect backdrop for the ceremony and lots of live music to follow for my festival inspired wedding. The golden hour at this spot is unreal. We did a multi-day buyout which allowed us to make use of the commercial kitchen for a private chef for the rehearsal dinner, we had a spot for a food truck for late night bites at the reception, and plenty of space for all sorts of activities in between. The 7 cabins, yurt, RV, and tent camping space allowed me to spend so much quality time with my loved ones - many of whom traveled from out of state. Plus I was barely had to go anywhere which was a huge luxury. I was worried about getting ready there, since the restrooms are shared and don’t have a lot of natural light, but Sarah was super accommodating and I was able to create a perfect getting ready spot in the den that I had my bridemaids flip during the reception for the late night dance party. I also loved there was a very natural spot for a rain plan that didn’t require extensive tent rentals. The Charmadillo is the perfect combo of peaceful, down to earth nature vibes mixed with some really really nice retreat like amenities - stunning views, comfortable beds, a literal sauna, and everything is so well taken care for and clean. PLUS wildflowers!! Sarah’s communication style is very responsive and reassuring. She was also super open minded to my crazy ideas - like having fire dancers at the reception and the late night dance party in the den! If you are looking for a unique wedding venue surrounded by nature with all the amenities your guests could need, I highly recommend the Charmadillo.

A Perfect Birthday at the Charmadillo
We rented the Charmadillo for a birthday party/friend reunion. It was perfect. The weather in October could not have been better - warm sunny days spent relaxing in the soaking pools and hiking the property, cooler evenings spent with bonfires, enjoying the sauna, and dancing in the communal spaces. Sarah is a wonderful host and the spaces are so intentional and welcoming. There is space for connection and space to enjoy the solitude and quiet. Just book it - you won’t regret it.

Wedding at The Charmadillo
My husband and I had our wedding and reception here. The host, Sarah, was very accommodating and easy to work with! The landscape is absolutely beautiful. The cabin was perfect! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding!
