With an indoor seating capacity of 125, it's perfect for weddings, receptions, and other special events. The barn's exposed beams and natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the Outdoor Pavilion is included with all Barn wedding rentals and is available May-October for a combined seating capacity of 175.

Description

Our Barn Bundle is the most popular package for wedding ceremonies and receptions. We have a 6hr minimum for all wedding rentals between 12:00pm-12:00am. The Bundle includes the Main Barn Room, Silo, Outdoor Pavilion, and Cull House living room for getting ready. We are a DIY space and do not offer any decorating services, linens, or catering or bar services. The Bradford Barn is the perfect blank canvas for creative couples to create their own unique and memorable experience.

    Brings a different kind of highly upscale energy

    The Olympia Fields Park District is possibly one of the best park districts in the south suburbs. Every location they offer to have an event at is top tier. The Olympia Fields Park District is a photographer's dream. Whether you are planning a wedding, bridal shower, party, celebration, corporate retreat, workshop, retirement dinner, or an association meeting, their facilities can provide the perfect setting for you. The Bradford barn takes the cake when it comes to ELEGANCE. I worked as a photographer at every location the Olympia Fields Park District has to offer and they all receive five stars from me. The thing that gives Olympia Fields Park District the Superior advantage over other locations and park districts is the option to have everything set up how you want it. From the catering to the layout to the design, they don't get in your way. Most banquet halls force your hand when it comes to catering or using their partners, but the Olympia Fields Park District let's you host your event how you would like to. Also their locations bring a different kind of highly upscale energy. When you host an event in the Olympia Fields Park District, there's a certain level of excellence and class that comes with it. If you plan on renting one of their facilities, I would strongly suggest calling to check if the date and time you are looking to get is available. They host lots of events and you don't want to find yourself thinking you will be able to rent a location and it is already booked up.

Yes, you will need to pay an additional $225 fee for the park district to file the Alcohol Liability Insurance on your behalf.
Yes, we have 71 parking spots at SGT. Means Park. For larger events, we have access to overflow parking at the church next door. There is a path connecting our two properties.
All of our bundles allow usage of the Main Barn Room, Silo Room, Pavilion, and Cull House for at least 6 hours. The kitchen and DJ loft are also available for usage. Our facility only supplies table and chair set-up, any linens, decorations, plates, catering, etc are the renter's responsibility. We are a DIY facility, and strongly encourage our guests' creativity when it comes to decorating!
Cancellations incur a fee which is half (½) of the deposit made if more than 60 days from the scheduled event. If cancelling less than 60 days from the event, then the deposit is forfeited. Any other payments for the space are refundable, excluding the alcohol liability insurance fee. Cancellations and time changes must be made in writing to the Park District and approved by the Facilities Manager/Supervisor no later than one week prior to the event date. You may switch your rental to another date for the current year provided it is submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to the event, a one-time allowance
No, you must account for the set-up and clean-up in your rental time. Our staff sets up the tables and chairs prior to the rental start time, but any time the renter plans to be in the facility and/or utilizing the facility, they must rent for that time (i.e. to decorate, have the caterer or DJ set-up, etc.). We do not offer free time. The Renter will be charged if they utilize the facility outside of the agreed upon hours in their contract, and are subject to forfeiture of the security deposit.
Yes, the Bradford Barn's main building, which includes the Barn Meeting room, Silo, and Pavilion, is wheelchair accessible and has no stairs required to enter. With wide hallways and doors, it is very easy to navigate our facilities. Unfortunately, the Cull House does not have an entryway ramp or accessible bathroom.
