The most amazing experience
From our first conversation with the team at The Atrium at Golden Sands Ocean Resort, we knew we were in good hands. The staff was attentive and professional throughout the entire planning process, and our wedding planner Autumn was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning with plenty of space for our guests to move around and enjoy themselves. We loved the wonderful atmosphere they created for us, and the high-quality service made us feel truly cared for. The team stayed organized from start to finish and made us feel so welcomed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend The Atrium to any couple looking for a special place to get married.

Absolutely amazing
We held our wedding (ceremony and reception) at the Golden Sands in May 2026. We were honestly blown away with how perfect the day was. The ceremony on the private beach was everything we hoped for and the cocktail hour there immediately following was a great time to catch up with our guests. The reception venue on the 22nd floor is breath taking and they had plenty of space to accommodate our 122 guests. The floor to ceiling windows all along the reception hall gave our guests an amazing view while dancing the night away. The dance floor right under the atrium looks fantastic when lit up with lights by the DJ. The staff were super friendly and on top of everything. There is also a bridal suite right next to the reception hall for the bridal party to get ready day of and to store anything that you need easy access to throughout the night. Most importantly, our event planner Autumn was the superstar of the day. She made the months of planning easy and painless and on our special day she did not stop moving the entire day and made everything flow seamlessly. We cannot recommend this place enough if you are trying to have the beach wedding of your dreams.

Wedding at the Golden Sands
From the moment we walked into The Golden Sands, we knew it was the right place for our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—the elegant space of the Atrium Room and Bridal Suite, and beautiful outdoor beach area gave us the perfect setting for our entire wedding day. Autumn, the event coordinator, was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process. She maintained open communication during the months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding, asked thoughtful questions at just the right times, communicated with our vendors to make sure everything was in order, and added creative touches to the decor we provided, making everything feel personal and special. The day could not have run smoothly without her! The entire team at the Golden Sands communicated with us consistently and promptly, keeping us informed every step of the way. The day of the wedding, extra hands appeared to help set up the outdoor arbor, perfect bouquets, and transition everyone at the right time. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a smoother wedding day, and we're so grateful to everyone at The Golden Sands for helping us celebrate with our family and friends.

The Atrium at Golden Sands Ocean Resort is an exceptional wedding venue. Although we ultimately did not choose the venue due to a logistical and timing change in our wedding plans, I wholeheartedly recommend Golden Sands - and highly recommend Autumn, the event coordinator. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, featuring a beautiful beachfront view and a clean, modern aesthetic. Autumn’s hands-on approach and warm, enthusiastic personality truly set her apart and would make any couple feel well cared for throughout the planning process. From our very first interaction, Autumn was transparent, responsive, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered every question thoroughly and consistently went above and beyond to provide guidance during the early stages of planning. Her communication style immediately made us feel confident and supported. I had the privilege of working side-by-side with Autumn for over a year, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. She has a way of making every bride feel like they’re her only client, thoughtful, calm, and completely dedicated from the first tour all the way through the end of the wedding night. She’s also an incredible teammate. She always made sure I had menus, timelines, and specialty drink details ahead of time so we were fully prepared and on the same page. She’s responsive, organized, and truly cares about getting every detail right. Any team would be lucky to have her.
