    Wonderful Wedding Venue

    Our wedding at the Tarrytown House Estate was amazing! We had a great experience from beginning to end. The property is absolutely beautiful, all of the food was delicious, and the staff is experienced, professional, and caring. Our guests had a great time staying at the hotel on-site for the weekend and it was really nice to not worry about any logistics or transportation. We also barely needed flowers or decor because the venue is so stunning on it's own! Ann was our point of contact/coordinator and she was great - she answered all of my (many) questions, was responsive and reliable, and executed the day perfectly according to plan. She is confident and experienced, and you can trust her to get the job done. One thing that we really appreciated was that Ann was upfront and honest with us about every detail, which helped so much in the planning process and saved us a lot of extra stress and money. Because of the comprehensive services that the venue offers and Ann's expertise, our external vendor list was short and we did not need to hire a planner or day-of coordinator. This saved us money and made the planning process and wedding day so easy and smooth, allowing us to focus on the smaller, more fun details that we cared most about. We truly had the most amazing time and if we could go back and do it again, we wouldn't change a thing!

    Wedding celebration

    From our first meeting with the wedding coordinator Jenna it was truly magical-the location is a storybook setting and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and each detail was perfect. Jenna was a true professional and listened to all of our requests and made appropriate suggestions to see it to fruition. Our guests all commented on how lovely the setting was and how delicious the food was. We would highly recommend the Tarrytown House Estate for any occasion!

    The perfect venue - highly recommend!!!

    We had our 230-person wedding at Tarrytown House Estate and it was everything we dreamed of. Ann, the coordinator, was instrumental in bringing our vision to life—she understood what we wanted and made the planning process seamless and easy from start to finish. It was great that catering, hotel, bar, ceremony space, and coordination was all in one spot, making it as stress free as possible. The venue itself is stunning, and we loved that our guests could explore the entire property throughout the weekend, which gave the celebration a relaxed and special feel. 90% of our guests were traveling from outside of New York, and we loved that the estate provided a sense of togetherness all weekend. Stefanie and Corrine were great in coordinating our huge 110 room block. Communication was smooth the whole way through, and on the day of our wedding, every detail fell into place exactly as we had envisioned. We also loved the getting ready spaces, they were large and beautiful with the perfect set up for hanging out. The size of the estate worked perfectly for our group, never feeling cramped or overwhelming. The food and drink were also great! Ann made my dream come true of having Honey-Deuces as my signature drink and even included the balled melons! Our guests were impressed with the amount of food and the quality. All of our guests are raving about the space, beauty, seamless day, and how fun it was! We can't recommend Tarrytown House Estate highly enough.

    Jenna and the team at Tarrytown House Estates were absolutely wonderful. My wife and I got married here in the middle of July and the entire experience - from the rehearsal dinner all the way through the ceremony and reception - went incredibly smooth. We had initially scheduled for an outdoor ceremony but due to inclement weather we had to move inside. Thankfully, this was no problem as they had a very well organized back up plan. Every step of the way was incredibly well organized with very clear communication from a professional staff. The food was excellent as well.

    Great Experience

    We had our wedding at Tarrytown House Estate and had a great experience. Jenna and her team were responsive and organized, answering all our questions quickly and helping us plan exactly what we wanted. The grounds were beautiful and so well-maintained, and the ballroom itself is gorgeous with an excellent dance floor that our guests loved. Throughout the day, Jenna kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and stayed on schedule, so we didn't have to worry about anything but being in the moment. The team was very flexible with our requests and made us feel like our vision was their priority. We'd recommend Tarrytown House Estate to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with staff that care about making your day special.
