What started as a small at home cookie business during college in 2012, has now flourished into a successful storefront in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Since 2015 we have been creating desserts to help you celebrate every special occasion! Even the Just Because occasions as well. We are conveniently located in Fishkill, NY, near 84 and Route 9 making it easy to get to from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.

We are a small team of extremely talented bakers and decorators who work in small batches making treats to order, to give our clients the best product possible. We team up with some of the best vendors in the area to help make any vision come to life. We communicate directly with our clients to get the best understanding of what they are looking for, and to help make all their visions come to life!

    We chose The Cakery as one of the options presented by our package at Factoria. We loved their designs and flavors, we opted for a cake that would taste like an Italian rainbow cookie and our guests loved it. We were sad to see that The Cakery forgot the cake decor (faux florals and personalized cake topper with our names) for our actual wedding. They almost immediately realized the mistake and emailed us the next day, offering a way to make it up to us. We appreciated the accountability and the effort.
