Description

The package is $20 per person and includes tablecloths, chair covers, glass flower embossed plates, silverware, glasses, use of our extensive collection of decor pieces, specialty lighting, swags with lights, day of coordinator and staff to manage all items that we supply. Your food needs to come from a caterer or restaurant that is licensed and insured. They need to supply all items for food service and their own staff to manage food for event. All alcohol must be purchased from us.

Our venue is fully insured. However for peace of mind event insurance is very reasonable and always a good idea to protect you if you encounter an unfortunate situation or hardship.

No, we carry a NC liquor license so all beer, wine and liquor must be purchased from us and have our tax stamps on it.

Yes, we have on site self parking, 110 spaces. Easy one level access in to building. Also handicap parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have one level access at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, no stairs and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, chair covers, use of our extensive decor, specialty lighting, fabric swags, day of coordinator and linens for all tables.
Your reservation includes 7.5 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you reschedule your event within 60 days of your booked date, there would be a $250 penalty with the balance to be applied to a new date when chosen.
Our building is located about 20 minutes from airport. You can reach our venue by Uber or by private car or taxi.
