Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $20 plus tax or $30 plus tax for oversized vehicles only for NON OVERNIGHT ATTENDEE PARKING. Overnight guest parking rates are valet only: $42 plus tax per night or $52 + tax per night for oversized vehicles per night.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Yes, we charge a corkage fee per bottle for wine and liquor. Banquet permit must be obtained in order to bring in your own alcohol. Please contact the hotel for corkage fees and for more information.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our Hotel is approximately 13 miles from Seattle Tacoma International Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via Ride Share vehicles, Link Light Rail, private limos/cars or by taxi cabs. It's about 20 minutes from the airport to the Hotel.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
