    Event Planners ideal venue

    Working with the San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center for a Sweet 16th was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tammy and her team communicated clearly throughout the planning process and were genuinely supportive of every detail we wanted to execute. What impressed me most was how they transformed the space and lobby to feel exclusive for our guests—from directing arrivals to coordinating food service and bar operations, everything ran seamlessly. The family was thrilled with the prepared venue, timely accommodations, and how the kitchen handled their dietary preferences, plus the hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests added tremendous value. The entire team's dedication to delivering superior service has earned my confidence as an event planner, and I'm already referring other clients to them.

    Choosing the San Antonio Marriott NW Medical Center hotel to hold the Pals Educational Foundational Annual Scholarship Program fundraiser event is always an exceptional experience. Tammy Fernandez and her team, to include the catering services (Adolfo), and the hospitality services (Angela and Laura) are absolutely incredible! Each are professional, engaging, attentive, and made certain our event ran perfectly. The food is fantastic, and the hospitality is superb.

    San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center has THE BEST service. My family and I have hosted 2 special events using their ballrooms, and I have nothing but greatness to say. The quality of their ballroom isn't just seen in the cleanliness, the food, or the atmosphere; it's with the people. Ms. Tammy Fernandez and her team, alongside Ms. Angela, were the most patient and kind people ever. They have the best communication with their clients and their team, and that, to me, screams great leadership. Their attention to detail is also something I greatly appreciate, from pitching in new ideas, helping out with the decor, and trying to get the weight lifted off your shoulders as the host. If you or your loved ones are looking for a venue, SA Marriott NW Medical Center is where it's at. Their service is top tier, and their quality is far more than just what you see; it's what you receive. Definitely will be hosting all my future parties here

No outside food or beverage is permitted with the exception of the wedding cake from a certified bakery.
Yes, self-parking is available at the rate of $10 for up to 24 hours. We do offer in-and-out privileges with self-parking.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Located just minutes from San Antonio International Airport (SAT), San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center is easily accessible for both local and out-of-town wedding guests. From the airport, take US-281 South to Loop 410 West and continue approximately 6 miles to the hotel at 3233 NW Loop 410. The drive typically takes about 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. Guests may also arrive via taxi, Uber, Lyft, or rental car. Convenient freeway access, complimentary onsite parking, and our central location near the Medical Center make travel simple and stress-free for wedding celebrations and weekend events
