Located in the heart of downtown Rockville, Rockville United Methodist Church has the perfect setting for your dream church wedding. Couples can choose from our Sanctuary that seats up to 400 for a traditional wedding day OR use our Dream Wedding Chapel that seats up to 50 for a more personal take on your day. Livestreaming is also available as well as a Getting Ready Room. Pre Bookings for the Dreamy Wedding Chapel are open now!

Yes, we have the church sanctuary which seats 400 and the chapel which seats 50
No. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises
Yes, we have two parking lots available.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Yes, the chapel is non denominational and can be decorated however the couple requires.
We do not allow rice, confetti, or sparklers to be used at ceremonies. Candles are allowed but are handled by our wedding coordinators
Yes, in the Sanctuary only, with additional charge for operator
For the Chapel: Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 14 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. For the Sanctuary: Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
