    Beautiful place, but could communicate better

    We had such a beautiful wedding at Rockledge Gardens! There is no shortage of places to get beautiful couples portraits, as well as the actual venue space being beautifully set up as well. I don't think the photos online do the space justice, it is even more amazing in person. The actual day worked out to be perfect! The reason for the 4-star review is due to a few communication issues we had the last month before our wedding that caused some unneeded stress. There was a change in staffing for the venue coordinator, which was not communicated to us. We had actually initially found out from our caterer, otherwise, we would've found out at our final planning meeting one month before the wedding. The two people in our final meeting were familiarizing themselves with their roles and I made a mistake regarding the number of tables offered in my package. I requested 11 guest tables, not remembering that my contract was only for 10 guest tables. The coordinator never said anything to correct this, even in the few days following our meeting. There were a few questions they needed to get back to us on, which they said they would let us know within the week. About two weeks went by before anyone reached out, and all they did was send us the finalized floor plan. We still had to follow up on our questions, which were imperative to finalizing details for the weekend, like rehearsal location and time. By that point, I had already made our seating chart and signage because they did not advise me of any issues with the floor plan I created and provided them. When they sent my "final floor plan", they removed 1 guest table from the plan I had sent them and didn't say anything about removing it. Thankfully, they did work with us to provide the additional table and were genuinely apologetic about the whole situation. That was really the only issue we ever had, otherwise they were great to work with from beginning to end. The actual wedding weekend went off without any issues and we had an amazing day. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it and it was all perfect. Everyone at Rockledge is super kind and caring, so I have no doubt that the few issues we experienced were only because of the new team adjusting. I would still do it all over again to get married there!

    We love doing wedding here!

    This is one of the most beautiful venues in all of Brevard County! The way it lays out is perfect to have your ceremony and reception in the same venue. We have done weddings there as videographer, DJ and photographer, and DJ-photo-video. The staff has always been well organized and efficient. Easy access right off US1 makes it easy for vendors and guests to find and park. Who wouldn't want to get married at a venue surrounded by flowers and plants?

    Best venue and staff

    We love Rockledge Gardens! We cannot express enough how easy they are to work with. their packages are absolutely amazing, and they can complete your wedding with ease. The gardens are magical, and we have no complaints at all! The staff is always pleasant and easy to work with. Hands down an amazing place to have your wedding or event.

    Team work makes the dream work!

    We have had the privilege of working with and watching this amazing little garden venue grow into the most lovely multi space gathering area garden venue in Brevard! Their team is amazing to work alongside and their vendor list is second to none. When you dream of the most beautiful garden venue this is it. Each season has so many beautiful colors to offer gorgeous backdrops. Jessica and Caroline have all the answers and run each event flawlessly. One of our absolute favorite venues! Truly a dream to work here.

    The best garden wedding venue

    We had our wedding at Rockledge Gardens and it was the most perfect day! This is an affordable wedding venue and I LOVE that you can choose what vendors you can work with to make your wedding unique to you and exactly how you want it. Their team is so helpful, caring, as well as great and quick at communicating. The tables, drapery, decor, and just everything were so pristine and naturally beautiful. They are truly an amazing venue and everything about our experience made our day even more perfect!

We are actually closed for weddings during our “off-season” from June through the second weekend in October. We do have smaller, less expensive packages for Monday through Thursday, and our Friday package is discounted from the regular Saturday/Sunday package pricing. We do not host weddings during the hottest part of the year to avoid the heat and inevitable storms in the summer (our wedding season begins the third weekend in October and goes through the end of May).
You may bring your own but you must hire a bartender to serve (no self-serve). Your special event insurance must include host liquor liability. If you decide to have a cash bar you must use a bartending service that has an offsite liquor license to sell.
Yes, we have a main parking lot in front available for your guests and a smaller lot in the back for vendors and the wedding party. We do not offer valet or self-parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible, including restrooms. We also have ramps at all entrances.
We require all events obtain day of special event liability insurance. Special Event Liability Insurance (also referred to as CGL, Commercial General Liability or Spectator Liability) is an insurance policy designed to provide broad protection for situations in which an event holder or concessionaire must defend itself against lawsuits or pay damages for bodily injury or property damage to third parties.
